Very poor and biased customer service
Very poor and biased customer service. I have ordered and paid for some pills end of February 2020, they have sent it with DHL. Packet was late for delivery due to problem with tracking number, but not my fault. They never replied to my email when I was looking for the packet. At the end DHL failed to deliver the packet to me although I was looking for it and send it back to Ascopharm. I even called Ascopharm in Germany to inform them I have emailed them but they don't seem to reply! After all that, Ascopharm simply said a plain "sorry for your trouble that but we can't resend the packet due to COVID-19" which was so biased against me as they mention absolutely nothing about COVID-19 to their website and on-line sales. They work as usual but simply didn't want to help me, not before when I was looking for the package, and not later when I found the package to be sent back to Germany. Yes, they offered a refund but only after long emails and still not immediate. I will still have to wait for the package to be delivered back to them even if I have had nothing to do with it.
If you are looking for something they sell, you've better find the same products from another company and not them. Maybe this company is good for German sales which I also don't know but definitely not for International sales. And their customer service really sucks.
