Delivery service is ok but there is…
Delivery service is ok but there is always something missing. How are you out of stock for basic items like bread and milk? You're a supermarket and you aren't stocked well, how are you going to do business?
I wish delivery drivers would offer to…
I wish delivery drivers would offer to help to put things in bags. They put the crates on the ground and for someone who is not very young it's difficult to bend down and pick every single item up. It's also quite demeaning when they just stand there watching you without offering to help. I presume they're just doing their job, but all the same!
I have emailed complaints and they…
I have emailed complaints and they haven’t bothered to respond !!
I was in the queue for a return of a faulty product ( now this area I went to I have previously done returns ).
Waited in a queue for at least 15mins, to finally get severed by a member staff called Darrell that had zero customer service ( no apology for the waiting time). I explained my retuned to then be told returns area has now been moved and isn’t there anymore !!
No apology again , his manner was absolutely unacceptable to say the least !!
This member staff you can clearly see isn’t happy at his work & has zero customer service let alone manners!!
This in itself is enough to put me off shopping here very again !!
This is now the second or third time within this store by this member staff that I have been on the receiving end off extremely poor customer experience & is simply unacceptable Asda!!

Asda...whats wrong with you? I haven't used you for years...because the way you are...just seen an ad and decided to give another go after years of not using you..and guess what...?! Looks like never gonna use you again...just such a bad advertisement...added 12 items to the basket to find that it's maximum 10....why?,! So you,Asda trying to charge me £4 for the the extra 2 items I need!!! Are you real?! Never again! Good luck with you

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking! This is the fourth time my delivery has been over 4 hours late every time I swear I won’t use them again but this will be the last time! Paid 8.50 to have my shopping delivered between 2pm-3pm it is now nearly 7pm and still no shopping.. customer service are useless told me twice it’ll be with me in the next half an hour wouldnt mind but half of it is substitutes too.. never again would I order from Asda!
George click & collect
Honestly love the clothes but since they've brought in EVRI, it's completely messed up the deliveries and click & collect service. Chose days to collect, don't get an email or text, then get one about a delay for one and nothing for the other. Then the one I ordered last arrives before the one I ordered first with no message for the first one. What is going ASDA?!!!
another terrible inedible product thats…
another terrible inedible product thats 3 items on 3 seperate consecutive days, totally indedible and in date, but definitrly gone off 🤮
trollys stacked everywhere in the shop and nowhere to put them.
staff swearing in the shop just overall miserable place
Frozen app. Cannot check out
App keeps freezing.
Frozen check out page. Followed all the steps to sort it. Kept missing my delivery slot over days. Card area all greyed out. I tried to start again and empty my basket, error code that it can't do that either. I can see it's an ongoing issue but not troubleshooting to actually fix it. No live chat, only call options and being on hold. I never got my food shop.
For the time and trouble it has caused and the fact I can see it is not an isolated incident, I will not use Asda now.
Can't pay online, payment screen frozen!!
Can't pay online, pay screen frozen , cleared cache etc.... terrible!!!!😡😡😡
Spent 90mins setting up an order
Spent 90mins setting up an order, placed delivery slot, would not allow me to confirm order. Changed slot times, checked my details were correct, still nothing. I call up Asda and am met by a person who clearly had not grasped the English language, so i hung up. So much wasted time, i will try Tesco!
Yet again half delivery not delivered
Yet again half delivery not delivered. Why not email and ask if order should be cancelled. 2nd time.
Out of date items
We did a click and collect at asda spondon store on Tuesday 2nd June ,on the order was promise gluten free bread ( not cheap at nearly £4 a loaf) .Today ,Thursday I came to use it and thought that doesn’t feel very fresh ,checked the date and it says best before 30th May ! So was well out of date when bought the same bread bought the week before had date 6th June ! How long have they had that bread on the shelf !! Honestly Asda no wonder you are having problems when you sell out of date items !
Asda Llandudno has lost another customer to the discounters
Asda Llandudno Only ever has two manned checkouts open so there are queues and lots of waiting around to be served. (Open another checkout when there are queues) Many items when going through the checkout come up with a different price than on the shelf where that item is from, that causes trouble and delays at the self service checkouts. (Sort your prices and till system out)
If you need customer service the staff are very unhelpful. (Give staff better training)

So many dead plants outside Asda
So many dead plants outside Asda, Boston. Why do they bother?
Fobbed off
I purchased sharp kitchen knives at the Wigmore branch, the rivets in the handles fell out leaving the metal exposed and dangerous. I returned them to the store and was refused a return by an inexperienced (in my opinion) staff member who clearly didn't understand the severity of the matter, the staff said i needed a receipt, the fact that the knife could have caused injury during washing up or whilst in use did not enter into her judgment, the law regarding return of items is one thing but when something is clearly not fit for purpose and potentially dangerous surely the best solution is to retreave the item from the customer, provide a credit (I did not ask for a refund) and write said item off using the system in place for this purpose, I was given a voucher by the duty manager who had no idea i was coming in despite arranging this with head office, the reason could be that their response was an Ai response and I do not believe the situation was relayed to the manager, it is vitally important that staff are adequately trained for such incidents and not just given a bit if power because they have worked there for a long time they should also be able to have a friendly, understanding attitude and not an I don't give a dam attitude which was the case with this employee, the employee could have cost asda legal action and these knives should be withdrawn from sale , watch this space for an update.
Dodgy did my 1st online shop at Asda customer service useless willing to deliver my order to the wrong address
Dodgy did my 1st online shop, had to cancel as the delivery address had the wrong number on it,called customer service who refused to change to correct, the customer services staff ate very rude they slam the phone down pretending it's connection fault very rude staff, hard to understand what they are saying due to their accent, I cancelled my order. Went to lidless instead was much cheaper
Rude staff and a dingy store. Sadly no zero star option.
I've never liked the Asda in Gillingham, Dorset. It always feels a bit grubby and dingy and they don't carry much stock.
At the self-serve tills the staff are usually uninterested and unhelpful.
My last visit will truly be my last as one of the staff was quite rude to me and then made an untrue and unpleasant remark about me very loudly to another customer.
I'd recommend everyone to give this rotten store a miss and given that there's Waitrose one side of them and Lidl just up the road, it will be very easy to avoid them.
