Underhanded and unaccountable
Very underhanded experience with this estate agency, lack of transparency and accountability. The whole debacle with them, left us feeling like we were at the bottom of the food chain as we weren't in their higher end of purchasers. Beware of the teflon attitude when it comes to proving them wrong or something that just might expose them and their poor business acumen. We went through their complaints procedure to no avail which resulted in escalating the matter to the ombudsman. Simply will not be recommending Ashdown Jones to anyone. If we continue to tolerate poor service from any sector then nothing will improve, hence my determination to alert potential clients of our experience. Interesting how they don't have their own Trustpilot gateway so I had to invent one.
