I placed my first order with Ashford…NOT GOOD.

I placed my first order with Ashford for a ladies Movado watch. It shows delivered, but I did not receive the package from Ashford. I requested replacement or refund. Ashford is not helpful and has requested a police report within two weeks and signed affadavit. I requested they file a claim with UPS. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!

The product I selected it was showing…

The product I selected it was showing that is blue cour, but in the picture it was showing black or when it came it was a whole different blue. I wanted to exchange a return it, but I don’t have the energy to do it so the product is good. It’s just the colour was not properly on the website.

The Glycine Airman GMT "The Chief" Men's Watch

The item, a Glycine Airman "The Chief" GMT watch arrived with a broken (or defective) 2nd crown (the crown at 4 o'clock for the GMT function). Nevertheless Ashford Customer Service has been very helpful thus far with the return process, providing a return shipping label, Return Authorization, and packaging and return instructions. They have also provided options for me to receive a refund, exchange, gift card, or a store credit for the purchase price of the return item. I opted for the store credit to use on a replacement purchase, since I may elect to go with a different watch. Ashford has an unreal selection of quality men's (and women's) timepieces. I have made several previous purchases of men's timepieces from Ashford - at least 5 or 6, maybe more - and have never been disappointed with either the process or the items I have purchased. They have been an absolutely top notch company to do business with, and I will continue to purchase watches from Ashford. I have only been "disappointed" with THIS, single product. And Ashford is working with me to rectify this obvious outlier experience. In general, great company. Great products.
