My hair looked great right out of the box it came in a timely manner as well. The only thing is it became really frizzy after just one use. I guess that's why they are so cheap for human hair.

Love the wig and customer service.

After receiving the wig I realized I placed the incorrect wig descriptions. When I contact customer support, they were very helpful and communicated on a daily basis in order to assist me in payment difference, shipping, and to eventually receive the wig I wanted without much delay.

Have yet to receive hair yet the help received from June in the choices and special color request was over the top. If wasn't for her help, I would have moved on.

This was my second purchase and it was just as good as the first! The quality of the hair was good and the lace was easy to cut. This was my first time buying a wig that wasn't pre-cut and the quality of the lace was so easy to work with. The tracking was reliable and I was able to follow my order all the way to my door.

Love Love love the hair!!! I got a reddish brown bob first. And let me tell you, the color was doing what it needed to do‼️ so happy with my purchase that I bought another reddish brown longer and curlier wig!! Not the same color (was a little disappointed) but it was still cute

Hair is beautiful as advertised it took 12 days to receive the order from the day I placed the order. Happy with the product.

Beautiful wig that looks completely natural. I have gotten sooooo many compliments from people who think this is my real hair. The 250% density is full without looking "wiggy". Very little shedding, quick delivery and no bad smell.
I will be ordering another unit soon.

Good quality of products. I am very satisfied, but it remains a but. The customer service should be more proactive to respond to customer inquiry

The wig that I ordered is very well constructed. It is soft and comfortable. It was delivered in a timely manner as well as great customer support.

I looooove this wig!! The hair is of such good quality and so natural looking that every one thinks it is my own hair. The shipping was fast and the free gifts were suprr cute (and they sent things that I will actually use). The 250% density is full without looking "wiggy" and the yaki straight texture is on point. Very litte shedding and NO wierd smell.
I will be ordering again soon.

I got this wig couple days ago and it is absolutely beautiful. It is so easy to wear, especially for someone like me that doesn’t know how to do a hair or style a wig it’s already come already made you just pop it on and you’re out the door. Customer service was absolutely wonderful.

I ordered the wrong length, the communication in order to return it for the correct length was smooth, even though I had to pay the return shipping. It was to a local warehouse which wasn’t too bad. The quality of the hair seems good and soft.

The hair is beautiful and true to the pictures and advertisement.Though a little delay in delivery but it was eventually delivered in good shape.
i will definitely continue buying my wigs from ashimary
