Buyers Beware
Buyers Beware, I had purchased the Duplicate File finder Pro from Ashisoft, after downloading it my computer got really slow and alerted me that it was infected and the source of the infected files was Ashisoft. So I uninstalled the program and had to get the infected files removed. I asked for a refund since I was not able to use the program and was told they do not do refunds. This was like the next day I requested a refund. And at the time I purchased the product NO where on the website stated NO Refund policy. It should have been plainly stated on the Checkout page but it is not. So Just a warning for Buyers to beware yes they offered to fix the download and I could re download it but I am Not downloading anything else from them. Not going to take that chance. So I requested refund which I have not got. Just want to Make Others Aware of this!!!

The program does work well BUT!
The program does work well, however, should you need to reinstall for any reason, beyond one year, they will change you almost the original price. Not a great company to deal with.

The program is fast and efficient. It really works like they say it will! That is nice to find, these days.
I would buy this program again because it is very useful for removing duplicate files from my computer. Especially music files since iTunes has no good way for you to remove duplicate files in your library. I regained more than 20 gb of hard disk space by using this program!
