Scammers. They used to be a legitimate company before 2025. Now they aren’t. Placed an order which never came. Spent over £100 and they blocked me. Do not order from them unless you want to lose your hard earned money

Absolute Appalling Customer service and not true to their word

I wouldnt have given any stars but in order to write the review had to give one. I ordered a outfit for my nieces wedding last year. They were quick to take my money and the outfit arrived but the design was not the one I requested. When questioned they blamed the tailors and the amount of material. After my complaint they agreed to either exchange or refund my money. I have been waiting for a whole year. Numerous emails have been sent. Phone calls have not been picked no personal contact with any customer representative as no phone calls have ever been picked just message on answer machine. We are closed will ring back. Still waiting. My outfit was a lot of money. I had to buy another outfit for my nieces wedding and 12 months later still waiting for a resolution. Absolutety unprofessional company and untrustworthy would never buy from them ever again

They are absolute SCAMMERS! I placed an order just before Ramadan (April) and it is now September and i have not received a parcel or even got any updates. They changed their whatsapp number and do not respond on instagram or their emails! AVOID THIS COMPANY. I LOST OVER £500. They need to be done for fraud

This is a scam fraudulent company . I placed an order in January- they have delivered nothing , they steal your company and no one does anything to stop the scammers . They don’t respond to emails or calls. These people are scammers - do not buy from them

This is a fraudulent scam company I placed an order in February and it’s now June I still haven’t received it
I wanted to wear it for Ramadan Eid and it didn’t arrive and then I wanted to wear it for qurbani eid and it didn’t arrive
They don’t even respond and they only take bank transfer please do not buy from this company

Awful company oderd in march took my money. Tried contacting them on for the past 3 months no response form their team scammers stay away.

Placed several orders with this company and have never been disappointed. Dresses are always stitched neatly and designs are always so unique. I have recommended them loads to friends and family. Great service all time round

Great service received from start to finish. Very happy with my orders. I had ordered for a friends wedding and the suits were stitched perfectly and the fit was amazing. Thank you!

SAVE YOUR MONEY. REPORT THIS FAKE COMPANY TO TRADING STANDARDS!!!!

Terrible customer service and poor stitching. As a family, we have placed an order of £1000+ not one suit from these were of adequate quality. From bad stitching to mishandling of materials to mistakes in measurements to poor communication.

I messaged them on the 3rd April about the cancellation of my order and have not received any reply back - no confirmation either. I have given them the benefit of a doubt but it’s getting ridiculous now. I have been waiting patiently for over 3 weeks now, and they have only communicated with me through automated messages. However, when I placed my order, they were very persistent to take payment from me, but now are not cancelling my order. My wedding is next month. I am panicking!!!

Ordered an outfit but then cancelled order due to outfit not having enough material. I emailed about the new outfit but have had NO response since 9th April. My wedding is at the end of May and I am now getting concerned. My money is stuck and I can't get an outfit from any where else. Communication is very bad, I have tried email, online chat and WhatsApp but nothing even though it says 48 hours.

I ordered 4 outfits and paid extra for their custom tailoring service. The total of my order was £830.

3 out of 4 of the outfits had incorrect measurements. Sleeves, lengha length and dress length were 2-3 inches off. Furthermore, the shape of the dresses were very odd - they clearly were not sewn properly.

I emailed Asian Adornments and finally received a response after a week. They were apologetic and said they would fix the inadequate tailoring. I refused, as I did not trust their tailoring and believed they would waste my time. I asked for a full refund and asked for the return address.

Since my request of a refund, they have stopped replying to me. It has been more than 3 weeks since a response and they are not replying to me, despite being very quick their responses initially. Also, my aunt had ordered from them and she was still receiving communication from them, but they just weren’t replying to me.

I strongly recommend no one waste their money with Asian Adornments - there are plenty of other trustworthy stores and businesses who offer genuine customer service and products.

I am now having to order 4 new outfits elsewhere for my sister’s wedding. This is a massive inconvenience and waste of time.

Took my money but no communication. Haven't received anything or been given information on tracking

Beautiful outfit with neat stitching. Received delivery within agreed time frame

This is my first time ordering online and I went for a lehenga. It all turned out beautiful and stitched nicely. I was just a little disappointed it didn’t come with the can can to give it the fullness. I thought it was included but after receiving my order I was told it had to be ordered separately. This was not clear on the website and would have preferred this to have been communicated at the time of ordering hence the 4 stars.
