Asiandb is definitely not a scam. Not only did I receive my package within a month's time, but I was given prompt and courteous response to my questions sent to their customer service email address. A tracking number was also provided (upon request) after the item had shipped, which gave me step by step details regarding its in-transit movement.

Why others are saying this company is a scam is curious, to say the least - perhaps their packages were lost in transit; or perhaps their unanswered questions had already been answered once before and no longer warranted a response; or perhaps Asiandb has since revved up its business efficiency; I don't know. But my experience places this company at the top of the many, many Asian online services with which I've had purchase transactions over the past several years.

In the midst of a pandemic, to have received a package from the other side of the world, safe and as described, before a month's time had elapsed, combined with timely staff response, is simply not characteristic of a scam organization. I was genuinely impressed with their service, and offer nothing but praise for this company.

Do not buy anything from Asiandb !
I bought a difficult-to-find dvd from Asiandb. When I made a purchase, thay said 'on their website' that they have this one in stock. But when I made an order, it took about 1 week without progress so I sent an email to them. They replied that they dont have this dvd in stock, the staff are trying to find it for me. They told me I need to be calm and thanks me for being patient.

I think they will send me a tracking number when they ship the parcel. But not ! I dont have any email from them.
One year later, I still have a positive thinking. They wont cheat me, I will get my dvd which cost about $130 including shipment fee.

From that day, it has been 2 and a half years that I dont get anything from this website.
My order is gone from my history order. It's like I've never made any purchase with this website before.
They still buy this dvd on their website. If they have one, why they not send it to me?

I already send an email for asking them about my order. I still have an order number. They dont reply me ! It was my fault that I took the time so long for contacting them. But I trusted them. I keep waiting and all I get is nothing.

Don't do any purchase with them !

I must be one of the few who have had a good experience with them. I ordered some out of production CD's and they were shipped to me with no problems within 3 weeks. You do have to realize though, they do not have a physical inventory, especially on OOP items. They search available shops to find them for you then ship them to you once they have them in their hands. Sometimes this requires a bit of patience.

Don't bother doing any business with this company. They charge first then don't care. Their self-posted testimonials are pathetic - the last one was dated a few years ago and repeated posts by the same customer. They picked only the good ones to post. This is a ghost online fraud. I wonder if all Korean online sellers are like this.

You have to chase their customer service few times to get to know the status on your order. After dilly delaying at their end and few times email sent, I received the package at last. I am not recommending this site but this is the place that you can get limited edition item for Asian movies, music or other products which was no longer in production. It just you need to be patience in dealing with them.
