Dispute decided using evidence I was never allowed to see

My complaint regarding €1702.45 in withheld funds was rejected based on information allegedly provided by the casino. However, I was never given access to the transaction hash (TXID), wallet address, blockchain record, or conversion details that would allow me to verify the claims being made against me.
I repeatedly requested objective transaction evidence but was instead expected to prove ownership of a cryptocurrency wallet connected to a transaction that was never properly identified to me.
A dispute process cannot be considered transparent when one side is allowed to rely on evidence that the other side cannot review or challenge.

Throughout the process, you were repeatedly asked to cooperate with the verification procedure and provide the documentation required by the casino to verify your account. Unfortunately, despite multiple reminders and requests from our team, the requested verification documents were not provided.

Please note that every online casino is solely responsible for establishing and enforcing its own verification policies in accordance with the requirements of its licensing authority and regulatory obligations. AskGamblers has no authority to modify, bypass, or influence these procedures. Our role is to review the evidence and information submitted by both parties and assess the case accordingly.

While we acknowledge your dissatisfaction with the outcome, the lack of cooperation with the verification process prevented further progress and ultimately played a significant role in the final decision.

I am extremely disappointed with how my…

I am extremely disappointed with how my complaint regarding Puntit has been handled. Despite submitting complete betting history, screenshots, account details, and explanations for every sports and casino bet placed from my account, my complaint continues to be rejected without any clear evidence proving that I breached the rules.

I genuinely want to understand how such conclusions are being reached when I have fully cooperated and provided every detail requested. Confiscating my entire winnings and balance without transparent justification is highly unfair, especially when no specific evidence has been presented showing intentional abuse, fraud, or rule violations from my side.

What concerns me even more is the apparent lack of impartiality in the handling of complaints involving this casino. AskGamblers has publicly rated this operator around 6.2/10–6.3/10, yet from my experience, the platform has completely failed to protect players facing unfair confiscation of funds.

It is difficult not to question the neutrality of the mediation process when complaints continue to be rejected despite detailed proof being submitted. From the outside, it creates the impression that commercial partnerships and affiliate relationships with casinos are being prioritised over fair dispute resolution for players.

Another concern I would like to raise is that I have not seen even a single complaint or genuine negative player review publicly visible regarding this casino on the platform. Considering the number of issues players usually face with online casinos, this appears highly unusual.

I would like to clarify one important point. You referenced my previous successful complaints as evidence that AskGamblers is impartial. However, those complaints involved a different casino, not Puntit Casino.

The fact that a complaint against another operator was resolved in my favour does not address my concerns regarding the handling of my Puntit Casino complaint. Each case should be judged on its own merits.

What I find difficult to understand is that, during my research, I was unable to find meaningful complaint history against Puntit Casino on your platform. Yet on Trustpilot and other public review platforms, there are numerous negative reviews from players raising concerns about the operator. This discrepancy naturally raises questions from a player's perspective.

I am not suggesting that every negative review is automatically valid. However, when multiple players publicly report issues elsewhere, while very few complaints appear to exist on a mediation platform, it is reasonable to wonder whether all complaints are being accepted, published, or fully investigated.

More importantly, my concern remains unchanged: despite providing betting history, screenshots, account details, and explanations for all activity on my account, I still have not been shown the specific evidence that allegedly proves a violation serious enough to justify confiscating my balance and winnings.

Rather than discussing my previous complaints with unrelated casinos, I would appreciate answers to the following:

• What exact term did I violate?
• What specific evidence proves that violation?
• Why were the documents and explanations I provided rejected?
• How does the alleged breach justify confiscating the entirety of my funds?

These questions relate directly to the Puntit Casino complaint and remain unanswered.
