Very poor experience
Very poor experience. In August 2019 my parents had a satellite replaced but the engineer actually used some parts of the old satellite. My parents were not informed of this and when they had signal issues this week they were told that the part broken was from the old satellite and therefore not covered by their 1 year guarantee.
So not only did they pay £150 in August they have now had to pay another £153.
Do not trust this company as they do not do as they promise and charge you for work they don’t actually do. They also don’t reply to any emails I have sent so clearly don’t care about customer service.
