I bought a pair of shoes (which were very nice, no problems) and what was supposed to be a luxury gift set for a birthday. the gift set arrived damaged and late, meaning I had no time to exchange or r... See more

THE MOST DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE…
THE MOST DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Banning everyone’s accounts. You have to jump through hoops to speak to a real person. Cannot wait for them to go bust because it’s coming. Disgrace
Ordered on the 6th holiday clothes…
Ordered on the 6th holiday clothes thinking that would be plenty of time to be given a delivery date of the 14th, the day I go away. It did not state anywhere it would take 8 days for delivery at checkout otherwise I would’ve paid more for next day.
Never again
Never again! My first ever ASOS order experience has turned into a disaster. Ordered some Nike AM 90's. Arrived late. Let them it in the box for a few weeks. At the second time of wearing they've started to fall apart! Sent photographs, asked for a replacement, told they need to be sent in for inspection and a refund would be offered. I don't want a refund, I want a replacement pair. Will fork out the extra £5 - £10 to purchase trainers from JD or Footlocker going forward. It's worth it to avoid the palaver of having to converse via a keyboard with the frustrating AI and Customer Service representatives.
Avoid at all costs
I placed an order with ASOS, it said: if you want it by tomorrow please order in the next 8h, I did, not it says delivery date is in 10 days when I’m not here. I tried contacting them and it’s impossible, absolute nightmare, just FAQ, they say they have a chat, nowhere to be found. Avoid at all costs

It deserves a “zero” star
It deserves a “zero” star. I placed my order on 1 July 2026 noon with standard delivery (which is agreed to deliver within 3-7 working days Monday to Sunday according to its website). It turns out nothing be delivered in this agreed period. I got the message from the Royal Mail that my parcel shall be arrived on 9 July 2026. If ASOS can’t fulfil its delivery promise, ASOS shall not put this on its website.
Last time they sent me the wrong stuff…
Last time they sent me the wrong stuff and returns was a nightmare and went wrong. This time stuff is stuck in post and they refuse to contact carrier - saying it is up to the person receiving which is a lie. Last time I buy anything from this useless company.
Bought Nike Metcon and never received…
Bought Nike Metcon and never received my order - they don’t give you any number to contact it’s all a chatbot that keeps saying order delivery delayed!!!! Evri keeps saying order hasn’t been allocated to a courier - meant to be delivered a week ago!!! What a joke this company is
Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. Parcel been sat at delivery depot for 3 days, past its delivery date and still not moving. Reached out to asos who basically told me I had to wait another 5 days and then come back to them. I explained I needed the parcel before then as I was going away and another 5 days would be too late. Their response just seemed like an automated response, no help at all! Parcel getting returned whenever I physically get it! Would be great to get some actual customer service and not just responses from a sheet!

I ordered two shirts 10 weeks ago and I have still not received them on a fast delivery they don't respond to your emails
NO SERVICE IN THEIR ‘CUSTOMER SERVICE’
They really shouldn't call themselves "Customer Service" because there is no service involved.
I ordered a branded Nobody's Child petite playsuit from ASOS for nearly £100 after waiting a long time for it to come back into stock. Their petite range is already very limited, so I was thrilled when I finally managed to order it.
When it arrived, I was incredibly disappointed. The playsuit smelled dirty and old, the colour was clearly navy despite being sold as black, and there was a tear in the seam. For a £100 item, this is completely unacceptable.
I contacted customer service hoping for a reasonable solution. I explained that I didn't want to return the playsuit because it's now out of stock again and I'd waited so long to get it. As the item is repairable, I asked whether they could offer a partial refund to cover the cost of having the seam fixed.
Instead, they showed no interest in helping. They repeatedly told me to return the item and said they could do nothing else. Their only solution was to send it back, wait for it to be inspected, and then receive a refund if they decided it was faulty. There was no flexibility, no understanding of the situation, and no attempt to find a customer-focused resolution.
To make matters worse, I wasted four hours trying to resolve the issue through their AI chatbot before eventually giving up.
I've been an ASOS customer for over 10 years, and it's sad to see how far the company has declined. The quality control is poor, and the customer service is even worse. After this experience, I'm seriously considering deleting the app and shopping elsewhere.
Dont trust this company
Dont trust this company. It says delivered but not delivered. It is a scam
Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company . Couldn’t get logged on or find any confirmation email and told they can’t help so basically tough😡 Had a customer reference number and still couldn’t help.
Don’t bother ordering stuff in the…
Don’t bother ordering stuff in the summer or how they claim, busier times.
Standard delivery does not specify honest ETA, and you’ll see later a note on ur account that it takes 8 days.
Wtf is wrong with whoever manages the logistics of Asos?
You ask people to pay for next day, they fail as well as couriers are sh!t.
Then you take ages to refund a return and again ages to process and deliver an order.
Over a week in 2026… you are a cheap quality service.
Never again.
Better go straight to the merchant website.
1% of cx a month lost, then you’ll be surprised you need to boost more sales.
I hope Temu and Shein dissolve you even more!
Worst shopping experience in 2026 in UK.
Old systems ran by old people with poor management strategies…
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, requested an exchange, operator told me this would be done, the next day they issued me a refund. The trainers have now gone up by £30 in price and ASOS won’t honour the original price.
If I could give zero i would
If I could give zero i would - ordered two of the exact same dress both in a size 12 but different colours - they were 5 inches in bust width difference! One was perfect (as I am a 12) and the other i couldn't even get over my head - when i check the measurement for the dress on their website, one was a 12, the other a size 4!
Contacted asos to asked for a postage discount as didnt feel fair i pay another postage (plus the return fee) and they "did not deem this their fault as both dresses were labelled a 12"...like if it was labelled a cat would they dispute it wasnt a dress?? Also that "sizing is a guide only"...
Asos used to be a great company...
A trusted retailer. Happy to help when things arent right
I ordered an item which unfortunately wasnt suitable. This review is reflecting the excellent customer service I received to be able to return the item without any issues. It was quick and easy. I didnt have a printer to be able to print the returns label. No problem they sent me a QR code to get it printed at the post office. Thankyou for a good returns experience.. I will purchase from asos again and recommend it as a trusted retailer
Worst customer setvice experience ever
Worst customer service experience ever. They hired people who do not speak English which is okay because AI exists but these people still do not understand the problem. Asos sent me this email which is supposed to be in Dutch. I do not understand anything. Please fix this !!!
So I saw a great deal on the latest…
So I saw a great deal on the latest Asics running trainers that I'd been looking for for a good while. It was cheaper than last seasons, and £20 cheaper than everywhere else. I read some reviews and was sceptical, but it was a great deal. The delivery was originally set for Thursday, but I got an email saying they hadn't forgot about me but there was a slight delay, and it would now be Monday. I still give 5 stars as arrived on Monday. Great product, price, communication and service on this purchase.
