After using Aspects for the first time nearly 10 years ago, we’ve never used anyone else. Service is always fantastic, properties we’ve stayed in have always been as described and any questions have always been answered immediately! They have a huge variety of holiday homes and having stayed in 6 or 7, often going back to the same one and sometimes visiting twice a year, we have never been disappointed!

A good experience
Booking was easy, I was kept informed in the period leading up to the holiday, given clear instructions as to the location of the cottage and details of the key safe. I also received phone calls after arrival to check all was well, and regarding the delivery of clean towels mid stay 😊

We had a positive experience booking accommodation in St Ives with Aspects. I needed to contact them with an issue part way through our stay and they responded very quickly and communicated well to resolve the issue. Would recommend

Fanatic customer service …
Great communication and excellent customer service.
This year we decided to pay for our holiday in monthly installments which made it so much easier.
We stayed at Seven Dunes Atlantic Bay in Perranporth, the accommodation was spotless and well equipped.
Friends ask why we always stay in the same place but it is such a perfect location we wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
Minutes away from the town and around 1 minute to get to the beach.

Bad bad company to book holiday with
This company is horrendous at helping clients and does not listen at all when clients have issues with holiday accommodation!! I have complained to them about the awful back yard at our cottage in Cornwall, which had been sold as a lovely back garden. This ruined my whole holiday as I was recovering from stomach surgery and was looking forward to sitting in my nice sunny back garden with a good book and a cold drink. As it was, I was totally unable to sit in the dark and miserable back yard as it just had old fencing up at 2 sides and a 30foot wall at the back which stopped the sunlight from ever being in the yard and just made the whole area dark and sad!!! When I complained I was basically told I was wrong and it was all down to personal choice!!!! No it wasn’t…… I was mis sold and lied to. I would never use a company again who use false misrepresentation to sell holiday accommodation to hard working clients!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

We are very sorry that the property did not meet your expectations and that you felt it had been misrepresented. We work hard to ensure photos and descriptions accurately reflect what guests will find on arrival, and upon review, we believe the outside space was shown as accurately as possible, with an exterior shot showing the wooden fencing and tall trees to one end, and 3-bedroom photos showing the high white wall. However, we appreciate that the description referring to enjoying a drink at the end of the day, known as a "sundowner" on a warm summer evening, may have created an unintended impression of a sunny area or sunset views. To avoid further confusion, this wording has now been changed to "a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening drinks." We will also arrange for the area to be checked and jet washed if needed, to help brighten it up.
We acknowledge that the front bench was incorrectly listed in the property description after it had been removed due to damage. As previously discussed, this should have been updated sooner, and we sincerely apologise for that oversight and any disappointment caused.
We are equally sorry that you felt unheard during your interactions with us. While we were unable to alter the outside space, we recognise that we could have shown greater understanding of your disappointment, and we will use this feedback as part of our ongoing team training.
While we appreciate this does not change your experience, we hope it reassures you that your feedback has been carefully considered and has already led to changes. I can't fault them.
I've been booking through Aspects for years and I've also used them to rent out a property. I can't fault them, and there aren't many companies I can say that about. They respond quickly to booking requests, communication is clear and friendly. When on holiday they are just at the end of a phone call or email and sort out any minor issues quickly and professionally. Long may they continue. Thank you Aspects.
