Invatations looked and felt great lost a star because I got white envelopes rather than blue to the ones I ordered wasn’t a big deal

Not delivered in specified timeframe and no communication to say it had been posted - had to chase.
Quality ok, but end of invitations cut off slightly - by about 3mm - doesn’t sound like a lot but means that the tails of letters like y and g are missing, so doesn’t look amazing quality.

Excellent, great service, fast delivery and good quality cards. I would recommend Aspire products to anyone.

I am not able to reply to your message, so I am writing my reply in my original post.
First draft of personalized cards was all wrong, part of text had been left out and even though it was supposed to be an invitation card, it clearly stated 'save the date'. The text had also been changed.
I didn't have time to review or reply to the second draft, when the same day I receive the shipping confirmation email and the address was also wrong
I get to tell you guys that I never approved it as they are changes that I needed to be made anyways.
At last, after another draft, I approve it
And I never receive any confirmation email about the new shipping.
I emailed you guys, and instead of having a tracking number, I was told that yes the cards had been shipped and that all I had to do was to wait. Do I have an actual prove the cards have been mailed? No. Do I have any way to check? No.
Now please tell me this is exceptional service because it truly isn't

The cards are very thin was hoping for soild card and the design arrived alot darker than it looked online which is disappointing I choose a gold background as my party is gold themed but it looks more brown,although website easy to use and good packaging
