Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Before buying the car, they make big promises, but once the sale is completed, they don't care about their customers. My warranty repair was handled very poorly, and they seemed more interested in avoiding their responsibility than honoring the warranty.

As a foreign customer, I personally felt disrespected and treated unfairly. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honest service or reliable after-sales support.
