We have been unable to locate an account under the name shown on this platform. Please provide your registered email address and order number so we can investigate.

Completion times differ from student to student depending on learning pace and engagement. All courses include a flexible 12-month support period from the date of enrolment.

All assessments follow criteria set by the relevant awarding bodies. Our assessors are required to ensure that learner work meets these standards before it can be approved.

We use industry-standard plagiarism and AI detection software. This is in place to protect the integrity of qualifications and ensure work submitted is suitable for external moderation. If students wish to dispute their assessment, they can contact support.

If a student does not complete within the 12-month support period, extensions are available for an additional fee.

So we can further advise, please provide your registered learner details so we can locate your account.

We work with several awarding bodies, none of which have had licenses withdrawn, neither have we had our licenses withdrawn, so we’re not sure what you mean by this.

I can see you enrolled on your course in 2024, and again last year, running out of time on both occasions.

Your progress has been delayed due to limited submissions, in some cases with only one submission per month. As a result, nearly half of the course remains outstanding after 24 months.

Your submissions are being referred on multiple occasions because the required actions outlined in the detailed tutor and support feedback were not fully addressed on resubmission (under awarding-body regulations, work cannot be passed unless all assessment criteria are met).

In relation to tutor support and marking, your average marking turnaround time is less than 3 days, which is well within our published guidance.

Support has been provided when work was submitted and when assistance was required, including detailed written feedback and timely responses. However, academic progress depends on regular engagement, submissions, and acting on feedback.

Given the level of progress achieved within the support period, there is no realistic possibility of completing the remaining units before the course expiry date.

In these circumstances, enrolling on the newer version of the course is more cost-effective and appropriate than extending an expiring registration with insufficient progress.

If you wish to continue your studies, with us or another provider, please let us know. We are happy to provide you with all work completed to date, which you may be able to reuse.
