A company that wants to make money…

A company that wants to make money doing nothing. There was a nuisance - the air conditioner stopped cooling. I contacted "A STAR Air Conditioning and Heating" and ordered a repair. A "specialist" came with an assistant and without going up to the roof where the air conditioner is installed, they were diagnosed: It is not possible to do anything - everything needs to be changed. $ 2,000 for work, plus the cost of an air conditioner, etc. — about another $ 2,000.
For a 5-minute diagnosis, they took $ 80 and left. The next day I headed a specialist from another company. There came one (!) Man who, within 20 minutes, repaired the air conditioner and took $ 75 for work.
Therefore, do not contact "A STAR Air Conditioning and Heating", but consult with specialists and friends first.
