Excellent communication and customer service
I reached out to Astina after having multiple issues with other companies getting a part ordered and shipped to the UK. From the off, René put my mind at ease with excellent communication over email and gave me a couple of options on how to proceed.
He then reached out to me again once the part was ready to be shipped and, again, proved why excellent communication and customer service can really go a long way.
I cannot thank them enough for the all their help and understanding, and would recommend them to anyone who I can!

I ordered 2 parts on 4 of May. Initial, estimated delivery time was 4-6 weeks, but I got it after +10weeks, and was partially wrong g order, so I had to wait until first week of September to have all order delivered. One more - because they said that will be delivered home for free because of wrong order and long waiting period, but what to see, when I paid my order, was with ~200 kr more expensive. I had so many things in plan to order on this website, but I'm totally disappointed .

I am really sorry for all the trouble and the long waiting time. :(
As i told you in the store, this supplier is really hard to work with and when we order these fiberglass products on speciel custom orders so it takes a bit longer than "normal" products..
But in this case it has been delayed and they have sent us a wrong item and i can only apology for this. :(
And i am really sorry for the long waiting time!
I hope that you would order with us in the future so we can show you that we really want to do the best possibile for our client so they are satisfied.
