Took order and money. Never received items, now ignoring emails.

Useless, avoid. Took money, didn’t supply. Wes in accounts agreed to refund, since then emails are ignored and phone number doesn’t exist. Neither does website. Probably gone bust, no refund given. AVOID.

No response, no contact no order. They have taken the money and gone silent.

Placed £90 order on 13/03, still no sign of delivery. Customer Services are unresponsive. Mentioned that me follow up emails were going into their junk email folder.
Wes from Customer Services is particularly unhelpful and unresponsive, with no accountability to actually call back when he says he will.
Astra247 is either a shambles or a scam, I can’t quite understand how they are in business.

I’m the same. Order a swtich 2 weeks ago and still in processing. Can’t get through on the phone and still not arrived. Fuming.

I got through to Wez in customer services on the live chat and I can honestly say he was the most helpful person I've ever chatted with. Offered to look over a photo via email so he could get the most appropriate product. Kindly instructed me to go do some measuring and explained everything I needed to make the job work. This man has the patience of a saint! If it wasn't for his customer care, I'd have continued shopping around.

Very cautious of purchasing on line, but needed some electrical components for disabled bathroom/bedroom extension. This company had items that matched our requirements. Very quick delivery , very informative and prices very good. Customer services very helpful. We will be back to purchase our light fittings nearer completion time.

Ordered online Saturday 17 June and order confirmed within minutes.
The fan arrived Wednesday 21, in my book that's very good service.

Product is good. But manner of emails regarding returns/faulty products is overly strict. Paid for postage on returns and then new postage on next item, making it pretty expensive if you get it wrong.

Great prices, a great selection of lights, and excellent service. I ordered 4 Fantasia fan lights and they arrived very quickly. Despite being incredibly well packaged, 1 of the lamp shades was damaged. A simple email to their customer service team and they arranged for a new shade to be sent directly from the manufacturer, new questions, no fuss. Fantastic service. I couldn't recommend Astra247 more highly.

My fan part needed was now obsolete. They recommended an equivalent that would fit and work.
Purchase received next day, fitted and unit now working fine.

All good, reliable and arrived as expected.
Only issue was that receipt email went in junk folder and I wasn't sure order had been received but all came good in the end!!
