Purchased a clock for my elderly parents during covid which was delivered in January this year .
The clock received was smaller than we’d expected and the photo displayed on the sale information was clearly misleading.
Due to covid parents agreed to keep the clock however it stopped working in March this year.
Wasn’t made aware of this until I was able to visit them again last weekend.
Contacted Astra blue giftware who have basically washed their hands of the issue as it is now over THREE months old!!!!
No offer of replacement or any other gesture!!!
Be aware that it would appear that items purchased from this company that you may have problems with will be ignored if issue occurs more than three months from purchase!!

We love the celtic figurines.
Now we have Gaia bust, Pan sitting(the nice one), Cernunnos and animals, and the forest lady. Additionally we have 2 different types of trees. Absolutely gorgeous.
Last of the celtic line that I will purchase is the nice sitting gentle herne and 2 book holders with Maltese crusaders. Stunning pieces of art.

This should have been a 5 star review. The ease of ordering prompt delivery and communication was definitely worthy of 5 stars but the condition my sculpture arrived in was awful. The packaging was torn up and shredded also the sculpture itself was covered in spots with some sort of permanent marker pen. Im hoping there will be a way to remove them without damaging the paint.

I bought a book online on 04.10.2019 and when it arrived it was not what I thought it was. I returned it the following day by recorded delivery but have had no response at all. I put a printed letter in the package with the book with all my contact details. I have requested a refund or another book detailing exactly what I want within the book. I would have thought 9 days was sufficient time to exact a response of some description. It is very annoying as there is no contact number for this company.

I purchased a birth certificate box. I was really impressed with the quality of the item as I thought it would be quite flimsy given the cost, but it is really substantial. The delivery timeframe was excellent too. Would highly recommend.
