The staff is trying to find an issue with one of my servers that has existed since it started. They have not found a solution yet, so still trouble shooting on both ends.

Started with low pricing servers thinking it was bad, but it wasent. Support is amazing.

I have 0% downtine over the past 4 months.

Tekkit servers are good for it, I used creeperhost.net before bur they had a bad TPS and are way overpriced. I came to peak hosting it was just perfect.

When ever I have a issue the customer support replies very fast. If it wasn't for the customer support most of the things would be frustrating, but they help you enough to settle down.

I buy a server and it breaks down, they do nothing to help whatsoever.

As far as uptime goes, it's consistent. But as far as server support, it could be improved greatly. I also feel that their prices are a bit steep. $20.00 for 2GB of RAM for a server is a bit much.

Im very happy I chose to use Peak-Hosting for my Mine craft Server. The whole process has been so easy. I did run into one thing I wasn't sure about. so I sent off a support ticket for some assistance expecting to have to wait a day or 2 for a reply but i barely had time to go and make a drink and the reply was back with the correct answer for my problem. I have honestly never received such prompt support from any service as i have from Peak-Hosting.
The quality of the service is 10/10. Getting setup was a piece of cake with the tools and features provided.
I would HIGHLY recommend anyone wanting to setup a Minecraft Server to use Peak-Hosting.

If you need web hosting or even a Minecraft server host, you can't go wrong with these guys.

I have this old host their awful but they were sponsoring because I have a YouTube channel and they started being less reputable so I approached peak hosting and showed my YouTube channel and they are sponsoring me with some private servers so that I can continue my series!

This company blows all the others out of the water. Very happy customer!

I have payed for a number of servers through various hosting providers but peak-hosting has been by far the most economically ballanced and best maintained. There sercice is lightening fast and there staff is very courteous. The will be my new hosting provider.

This is the best minecraft hosting service i have ever tried, they have very cheap plans and best customer service, i recomend them 100% without any obligations.

everything is great on my server.. but it times out sometimes and kicks everyone on the server every now and again, which can get annoying if we are on for about hours trying to get stuff done.. but you can relog straight away so is not a big problems its just annoying..

they gave me good support, did what i asked, and their prices are very reasonable!

Peak hosting is just awesome. Low price but 100% quality its even beter then some expensive hosting. I whould recomend this to anyone.

No problems so far. You folks offer a lot of tools to manage the server I am paying for how I want to. Various hiccups in performance, but nothing major.

The only flaw is you cannot select the server jar file (maybe you can ask but i don't know if they are allowed/able to do it), instead there is a dropdown menu with 5 options (vanilla, tekkit and various versions of bukkit). Starting and rebooting are fast, everything else is just a multicraft panel ^^

hi i bought a server from them then asked for a refund because i did not like how long it takes for the dedicated ip and it takes so long for it to get a reply

This is a great server hosting service for anyone. Whether you want a mincraft server or a dedicated server. Anytime I submit a ticket for help or support, they are always there to respond to my needs. This hosting is cheap too! I have never found any minecraft hosting service this cheap. For 9.95 a month u get 1gb of ram and unlimited slots(recommended: 24). 24 slots as the recommended! That's crazy! On othere hosts, you can pay 10 bucks a month but you can only have about 5-7 slots. :-( This server hosting is the way to go. The servers are hardly ever down. Don't choose any other host until you've tried peak-hosting.
