Very poor experience

Very poor experience. I tried to contact this company for several days about a property they are advertising and never received any response. I called multiple times and left messages through two different websites where the property is listed, but no one ever replied.

Through the Idealista chat they told me they would send me more information via WhatsApp, but that never happened either. It is very frustrating when you are genuinely interested in a property and make several attempts to get in touch, only to be completely ignored.

A professional agency should at least respond to potential clients. Based on my experience, the lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
