Efficient and helpful..and I love the suit
The team kept me updated every step of the way and, when a couple of small hiccoughs were encountered along the way, pulled out the stops to get my suit to me on time for my wedding!

The experience of getting a bespoke suit has been great and one that I would recommend to everyone! As someone who is much taller than average I often struggle to find a suits that fits... But certainly not in this case.
The advisers are knowledgeable and offer great advice. I very much enjoyed going through the options with Liam Gettings and I am looking forward to my next fitting!

I'm in the process of getting a couple of suits at the moment. I have always bought off the peg previously and never been completely satisfied, though I'm a heavy chap so maybe that's the issue.
I've had an appointment with Liam at Manchester for the initial measuring and he has been great. I wasn't rushed at all, I was given lots of options and helped with my choices.
I questioned him on the ethics of the business and he was able to reassure me.
I've also had a few telephone contacts, both with Liam directly and the customer centre. Again all very professional and helpful.
I'm happy to say that it's been a good experience so far and I am looking forward to collecting my first tailored suits.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Liam was very helpful and professional during all stages of the process. This was a new experience for me and at first I was a little overwhelmed by the choice of materials and styles. Liam took the time to listen and advise and I am more than happy with the end result.

Support staff were always very helpful over the phone and communication all round has been excellent.

Me, my dad and the father of the bride all got suits from here for my father's wedding as we all wanted to look got for the occasion. I'm an unusual shape (I'm pretty overweight) I've always struggled to get a suit that fits well. You do your initial measurements yourself (they send a guide, it's easy) and then you go down for a fitting with the prototype suit they've made for you. They then send it off to be made and you're left with a suit that looks great. I've never had a tailored suit before and I feel like I've got one for life now.
The three of us in our matching suits looked fantastic. The guy who did the fitting was brilliant too, felt really at ease with the whole thing considering initially I felt to be a quite uncomfortable as I'm not used to this type of thing. Really great and trustworthy company and I'd recommend if you're sick of ill-fitting suits from Asda.

Great suits, great prices!

ASTF customer service is excellent. Whenever there has been a problem it has always been rectified and they take a great deal of trouble to get exactly what you want. The latest request was for a purple coloured cloth which was not on their stock list which they took the trouble to source separately. Equally as I had slightly thinner over the years they also offered without prompting to do further adjustments to the fit as well to get it just right

All the garments I've ordered have fit quite well, and I am regularly complimented on the fit and look. When I experiences some logistical issues with an order, the customer support were exceptionally polite and professional, and stuck with me until the issue was eventually resolved to my satisfaction, which I deeply appreciated.

I purchased a bespoke 3 piece suit for my wedding and requested the express service as I was a little short on time. The initial consultation and fitting was quite straight forward and Linnea was able to answer any question I had and guide me comfortably through the process. I wanted a bright blue fabric as it was a summer beach wedding. I found that there was a limited range of fabrics to choose from but I was able to select one that was suitable. The initial fit was quite good with only a few minor tweaks required. I did need a second round of adjustments on the trousers due to an over adjustment but the final fit was very very good. My only criticism is that the time between the fittings was longer than initially specified, meaning that the second round of adjustments had to be the satisfactory as there was not any time remaining for further adjustments. Overall though I would say a very good service under some time pressure.

'A Suit That Fits' have made the suit that I will be getting married in and I couldn't be happier with the finished article or the service. I have had a three piece suit and shirt made and all fit absolutely perfectly and marvellous. I was served by Katrina in their Piccadilly studio, who was lovely, professional and very efficient. The measurements were so accurate that I could have happily walked away with the suit the first time I tried it on, although after a few alterations (which were made very quickly) this was probably the best fitting suit that I have had the pleasure to own. Recommended without reservation!

I can't recommend Henrik in the Oxford studio highly enough. My initial discussion with him was extremely informative and really helped me to decide exactly what I wanted in my suit. Suit arrived on time and was wonderful quality, just one adjustment fitting then I took it to a friend's wedding where it received many compliments! I want to alter it ever so slightly now (it's always a different experience wearing it all day compared to half an hour in the studio) and am still able to take it back for further adjustments.

I have used a suit that fits for the past three years.

My wardrobe has improved considerably and their fit promise means that as my waistline has moved both up and down so have my trousers!

The ease of ordering and the follow up of the rangers makes for a seamless (pun inteded) excellent exerience
