I bought many pairs of AsWeMove underwear over the past few years, but now they are falling apart. They are expensive underwear, yet they deteriorated so quickly!

I wrote to the company and they replied, “with proper care, our gear typically has an expected lifespan of one to three years.” They told me their product warranty is for one year, and they acknowledge in writing that a one year lifespan is expected! Very poor quality and customer service for a very high price.

Been dealing with Jolina in Customer Service at AsWeMove and she has been outstanding! Awesome customer service and they have gone above and beyond to help me find the right fit. Rate them AAAAA+. Love the product as well!!

I’m 6’2 225 and size medium is the best fit, great for staying cool and for intense workouts

so far so good..... added a coupon when I checked out, but when I paid, and it was too late to go back, coupon mysteriously disappeared, and price went back to normal. They did reply to my email quicky, but there was "nothing" they could do....

The product is exceptional! Comfort is beyond compare. I'm tossing all my Calvin's and from now on I'm only wearing these!
In addition, the customer service is excellent!

I ordered a wrong size underwear. Your staff immediately sent me a return label and shipped a replacement.

Service really good there friendly helpful when you ask questions .bout the zero thong fit pretty good bout a side the front were your balls go is to small.

Great product -- comfortable, durable, pricey but worth it. You don't realize you've been doing underwear wrong this whole time until you treat yourself to these. Also great customer service.

I have not yet tried the product but just with the customer service and how they handled me so fast and efficient if their product is a quarter of that quality I’m sure I will love it. My package was lost. I emailed them and they had a new package on the way the same day no questions asked I will be writing another review once the product arrives but I wish all companies customer service was this amazing thank you very much.

Delivery, fit, and comfort excellent!

I think very highly of ASWEMove, the style and quality of their products excellent. I recently wanted to express how it is difficult to say I'd recomend their products as underwear and particularly zero brief+ is a very personal item. I wanted to make sure I expressed that as the reason why I might not share/recomend them to friends or coworkers. I was surprised to very quickly receive a reply so besides quality products and service, communicatoin is highly valued at AsWeMove.

Flawless help. I made an error on my order and explained. AsWeMove corrected my error and didn't bicker about the issue. Which in the current state of affairs is a major issue.

I've been a customer for almost two years now and these have become a staple for me across the board — gym sessions, long days at the office, and everything in between. Most underwear works for one or the other, not both. As We Move genuinely does. I'm already several orders in and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
