Even 1 star is too much.
Shipping to europe, more than 7 weeks with no support at all from the team. You have to chase everything yourself.
Paid for signature but never received the parts even though showing delivered bear in mind paid also the customs fee. Now the even dont reply to my mails for a solution, 2 parts for 30 usd cost me 120 usd but never received anything

Tach Mount is a U.S.-owned and operated company that produces generally well-made products. I wanted to share my personal experience to provide balanced feedback for potential buyers. I have purchased two of their mounts—one for my Infiniti QX70 and another for my Q50.

The mount for the QX70 exceeded my expectations. It was well-designed, sturdy, and built to last. I’ve had no issues with it, and it continues to perform exactly as intended. Unfortunately, my experience with the Q50 mount was different. From the start, it did not provide a perfect fit, and in hotter climates, the fit loosened further over time. While the craftsmanship is decent, the design for this particular model could benefit from refinement to improve compatibility and performance in varying temperatures.

Overall, I believe Tach Mount offers good products, but performance may vary depending on the specific vehicle model.

I strongly advise against purchasing any products from A-Tack Mounts. This company has been nothing short of unacceptable. The product I received was defective right out of the box. Most frustrating is their refusal to honor their own return policy. Spend your money elsewhere.

I needed an appropriate phone mount for my 2014 Lexus as generic mounts would either block too much of the windshield, or damage the leather interior. Custom fit mounts are expensive all around, but atachmounts was the least expensive option, so decided to give them a try. The fit is a bit tight, but following the directions I was able to get it installed without damaging it or my car. And the wireless charging cradle shipped with the mount is rather impressive and feels like it belongs in a luxury car. In the end, I have a very secure phone holder that looks and feels like it belongs in my car. Overall, I feel like the product is worth the price, and I am considering purchasing another one of their mounts for my truck.

First off, these things are VERY expensive for what they are. A simple piece of plastic cost almost 70$$$$. I made sure I had the right size and make, but the product was not even REMOTELY close to fitting, I'm talking the piece that is supposed to secure to the dash is at least 3-4 inches too short.

Returns are a pain in the behind, They don't have a number to call, you must use email. I would say don't waste you time

Cheaply made and didn't fit. Reached out to return and was met with a series of copy-and-paste responses trying to dissuade me from returning.

When they finally agreed, I ended up eating the cost of shipping to me, the cost of shipping it back to them, and they didn't refund my tax either.

Altogether it was $40 after tax & shipping. I ended up getting less than $20 back after returning a faulty product.

Terrible customer service the item didn’t fit & contacted them regarding returning it several times & no response it’s been 3 weeks already

Purchased the A-Tach mount for 2019 Chevy Bolt - part# 50529. Mount comes with a "Separation Tool" which does not and cannot separate the plastic seam in the bottom of the A/C vent. I followed the instructions to the letter, and still could not separate the seam so that the mount would stay put. This product does NOT fit without a proper tool and much more expansive instructions to get the seam separated. I do NOT recommend purchasing this product for a 2017-2021 Chevy Bolt EV.
