A FUIR

A FUIR ! Commande passée en juin et encaissée (heureusement par paypal !). Pas de nouvelle 3 semaines plus tard ni par mail, ni par tél. C'est en allant sur le site qu'on voit un message SANS DATE pour dire que la commande ne pouvait être honorée pour rupture de stock et serait remboursée sous 48h ... (depuis quand ?). Harcèlement du n° service client pour arriver à les faire répondre. Un monsieur très désagréable refuse de me dire de quand date le message. On demande le remboursement immédiat : soit-disant impossible car la plateforme paypal a un problème technique : il faut attendre une semaine. Résultat : 10min de conversation musclée - on refuse sa proposition de remboursement par mandat cash trop bizarre et on menace d'ouvrir un litige. Comme par hasard, notification de remboursement par paypal 10 min après mon appel. Le pire : le produit est toujours commandable en grande quantité sur le site 2 jours après !!!
