🚨 Absolutely terrible customer service and item quality!!
I received a dress in a terrible condition:
- with two visible defects on one shoulder
- unfinished threads along the outer seam in multiple places; cutting or pulling them can weaken the seam or cause it to unravel
- visible seam/panel alignment irregularity at the hip area
- in multiple places on the inside (but sticking to the outside) of the garment, thread bundles are left hanging, with the finishing appearing inconsistent and not properly finished

It’s competely careless to send the item to the customer in this terrible condition!

I reached out to their team via email and they confirmed that this condition is inadequate and these defects qualify for a warranty claim exchange, covered by At First Sight Studio. I asked for further instructions to exchange the item to a properly finished item, then after a week of radio silence they replied that I have to make an exchange on my own expense and do not reply anymore. This is absolutely outrageous! By this time, the item in my size has been sold out!
I then commented on their Instagram page and they blocked me.
Stay away from this brand.

I ordered 3 dresses for almost €400 and not only did I receive the wrong item, but the customer service is outright refusing to find any reasonable solution for the customer or to issue a refund. This is unacceptable for a company that claims to be professional. There is absolutely no consideration for the customer and no sense of responsibility. I strongly advise against buying from this store — it’s a complete scam.

My dress arrived eventually, 2 months later... Looks good, but to wait 2 months for a delivery...

Bad experience with this brand, outrageous prices for clothes of terrible quality... after the first wash, they're useless
