Having been with Atlantic over ten years I was shocked when the loyalty discount was terminated. Their letter stated that they promised to continue the loyalty each year. But NO it was discontinued. When I emailed they made some excuse about Government regulation and simplifying contracts.
An organisation should value its way of doing business and being honest and straight forward with customers. Without a strong moral code I would not use them again.

I have an internet account for my gas and electric with Atlantic and pay my bills through their website. I always experience great problems as the site is never available. I will leave the company because of this continuing problem.
