Arrived in just a few days and the included instructions were very helpful.

I have used compatible ink cartridges from AtlanticInkjet for a number of years on at least 3 different printers. I have never had a problem with the cartridges. Price is good (about 1/3 price of OEM), delivery is prompt and if you watch for "deals" you can sometimes get discounts and/or free shipping. I tried another supplier once and had endless problems with printer not recognizing cartridge and ultimately tossed them and went back to AtlanticInkjet.

Initial problem with getting cartridge to work, besides multiple warnimgs from original brand. Followed instructions and loaded well.

Thumbs up for the smooth transaction that I had with them. I ordered $200 worth of inks and new cartridges. They gave me a pretty good discount. The shipping was pleasing. All my orders came in safely and no damages. I'm gonna come back next time!

Excellent customer care with great price for a great product!

Atlantic Inkjet has been providing my ink cartridges for several years. Their website is user-friendly, making ordering easy. Orders are usually received in only a couple of days. On the rare occasion that I have needed to change an order or make a special request, they have been easy to contact and helpful in satisfying my request. Consistently good customer service.

Great service and the products are first class. No surprises with your easy to use website. I will continue to use you for all my cartridge needs.

I have no complaints with the quality of Atlanticinkjet's 'Premium Remanufactured' cartridges, and the service and user friendly website are excellent. But I do wish they would throw up a reminder when checking out, as to how close you are to free shipping when you are within a few dollars of doing so. On my last order, I thought I had calculated correctly, but didn't double check, and after it was too late, found that I was shy by a couple of dollars. I even ordered an extra cartridge that I didn't need so as to make freight. I know it was my own fault, but a pop-up reminder would have been nice.

The products were received in a minimum amount of time from order to delivery. The price was very completive and gave me the ability to choose as product that has a reliable name. Products are as advertised and then a bit more.

Have been using atlanticinkjet for 10 years, no issues. everything as they say.

I like using Atlantic Inkjet as my supplier of ink as they are usually fairly quick in getting my supply to me and it is very good quality. The only thing I did not like about this last use was the 6-8 weeks wait on my supply which has never been the case before.Also the delivery charge has gone up substantially. Usually on $40.00 or more shipping is free.

recently bought a laser printer and ran through the first toner cartridge. Had been using Atlantic for inkjet needs for several years and now tried them for a toner refill kit - toner and chip and funnel. Seems to have worked well the first time. They included a cd of instructions, which helped. I will be coming back to them for more kits over the next few years. New toner cartridges at $70-90 is a bit much. Recharging them at $15-20 is much better.

Used this service a number of times and found that their prices were reasonable and I got what I ordered. The shipping across borders shows delivery down, but that is expected.

I ordered both black and colored ink from Atlanticinkjet for my very old HP printer, and it came from CA to NJ in about one week. Am going to order ink for my new printer right now. Their prices are unbelievable, compared to the large stationery stores.

I've been buying ink cartridge replacements from this company for eight years and can never recall ever having a problem. During these years, the management seems to have changed once or twice, but the level of customer service has stayed the same. A couple of years ago I bought ink from another company because it was a dollar or two cheaper, but had problems that took multiple complaints before being resolved, so came back to the one supplier I can trust.

I've had a number of purchases, all but one of which have arrived on time and as ordered. The price has always been "right." One "deal" failed because of a manufacturing problem, but it was refunded and correctly re-handled. Also, communication is always clear, complete, and prompt.
