This is our first time traveling with Atlantis. Looking back, we have only good memories to smile at. We would like to travel again with Atlantis.

The best trip ever, organisation is perfect, we felt like we have a family behind our back, not a regular travel agency. Everything was perfectly planned, scheduled and better than we expected. Very professional and proactive approach. All recommendations, we are definitely going to choose Atlantis Rejser again.

Everything was good. Even though our hotel was bad at the beginning but when we complained, Atlantis handled it well and was even open to send us to new hotel...

This vacation spend in Sharm El Shaik at hotel Renesaince was just all what you could wish. Everything from staff to food and service was just like to be in heaven.
Next time we will definite go there again.

I betragtning af at Egypten er et u land med sin andel af ubehagelige uregelmæssigheder, synes jeg at Atlantis rejser løfter opgaven godt. Næste rejse skal også være med Atlantis , dog med personlig vejledning, da kataloget oversælger "varen" på flere parametre, bl.a på Wi-Fi, hvilket segment stedet egner sig til mm. Så de fem stjerner går på All round indtrykket fx. Imødekommenheden

Good service and selection of trips

My story is a bit weird. I live in Canada and was traveling to Europe where I decided to buy a trip to Egypt through Atlantis Regser from Denmark. The package I bought was to unknown hotel with airline tickets, which I've tried before in North America and was reasonable.
First bad experience, all their communications (emails, letters, notes, etc.) were in Danish and did not accommodate English speaking customers. There was a misunderstanding about the transportation from the airport to the hotel and it was after midnight and they were not accommodating the issue with someone who has never been in that country and they tried to rip us off on the charge to use their bus. The hotel they put us in (Luna Sharm) is a dump by all measures while they rate it a 4 stars hotel. Be ware of this place and avoid it at any cost even if they offer it for free. Beside being filthy inside and out, the rooms stink, outdated furniture, filthy linen and on top of all of that when I called in for towels and bathroom paper I was told that house keeping is closed for the night and to call back again next day (as if they expect you to delay the use of the washroom :(, very very unpleasant service.) When I called Atlantis Regser about the issue and asked to be moved to another hotel with me understanding there would be some extra charge, although the gentleman I spoke with was very nice but I was not pleased with how the company handled the issue and the advantage they took of us and the amount of extra money they charged us (we were 7 people). At the end I thought they were a rip off and took advantage of the situation where they could have been empathetic and accommodating considering their partners are unreasonable and have no concept of hospitality when this is supposed to be a tourist attraction where you'd go for relaxation and not to add stress to your life. I would not recommend them unless if you're clear right from the beginning of what you're getting into.
