Unfortunately I did not read all this comments and tried to buy some photostuff from Atlantiv. My credit card was charged, since than no answer, no news. I contacted my bank but they are not able to help anymore as they transferred the money. Never ever without checking the internet about the seller;-(

I went to the police in Budapest, they promised help by their colleagues in Liverpool

Do not order at atlantiv.com. They either do NOT deliver or deliver used items after weeks. Further these are NO products from within the EU (in contradiction to atlantiv's terms and conditions). Complaints or questions will NOT be answered. This compny is a really perfectly presented fraud - don't get fooled by the professionally looking web site. KEEP OFF this shop!

I ordered a Canon 70-200mm f/4 telephoto lens from them. After a week I received an e-mail saying there was going to be unexpected delay, no response after that when I inquired to why the delay was. I also tried calling but nobody picked up the phone. A week later I got pretty scared since this was a lot of money for me (~$650) so I got my bank to close my credit card and get the money back. No response from them after I told them what I did or what I intended to do (I sent them an e-mail asking to cancel my order 3 days before I closed the card).
Although they have nice prices, don't get tempted, this is a fraud!!!

I just had an experience with Atlantiv, which is comparable to what I read about here. I ordered a Canon 24-105 lens, received a mail from Atlantiv, saying that it had dispatched after two days - everything seemd fine. Then one week later, i received an other mail, unexpected delay, so i send an e-mail to Atlantiv, asking what to expect. And then, silence. So today i decided to cancel the order and my bank will make sure I get my money back. Everything looks fine on their website, nice prices, but don't feel tempted to buy anything. It's probably a fraud company.

I ordered a Canon video-camera. There should be 3 in stock. Deleverance would be in 5-7 days, but nothing. Only a automated email, that there was some delay. Nevertheless, no camera. So I went sending emails every day, and I sent emails to their webhoster, the company which secures the payments and the UK police. After the second time I sent emails to these adresses, I recieved a camera. It was brand new, but form the USA! So it was not a PAL camera, but a NTSC-camera. I kept my camera, because NTSC was not a problem for me, but I will NEVER, NEVER order again. It are just some villains, and the website should be shut down by yesterday.

I ordered an Nikon lens costing more than 1200 quid from this website on 6th Feb. 2009 and the lens was described as "In stock" at the time of the order placement. My credit card was charged on the same day. The item description also stated that the lens was usually dispatched within 3-5 days.

When I didn't receive any notification about the order status after about ten working days, I sent an e-mail but didn't receive any response even after

three days. I then tried to call the "Customer service" number mentioned on the website three times and each time I had to wait between 20mins to 40mins before I decided to give up as no one picked up the call. I noticed later that the phone number has now been removed form the website.

I sent two more e-mails to them asking for the order status and I only received one e-mail after more than three weeks later saying that due to an unexpected delay the item could not be shipped but the order was being given the highest priority and the item will be shipped within a week. Well, two weeks later I didn't receive the item, I heard no word from them either and I decided to send a last e-mail saying that if I don't hear from them I'll have to ask the credit card company to issue a refund.

I didn't hear anything from them even after a week after my last e-mail, and I contacted the card company to issue a chargeback on the transaction. I'm still waiting for the card company to sort out the mess.

I wish I'd never heard of this company.
