What a excellent company,I ordered a ring for my chap and unfortunately it was too big ,from the start the help team replied straight away, and were most helpful in every way. So much so I returned the very nice ring ,but upgraded to a much more expensive one and right size .The new one arrived and was a perfect fit ,came in the most wonderful box gift wrapped .I would highly recommend this company.

Placed an order, and the next day unfortunately canceled due to changing my mind prior to dispatch of my goods.

I commissioned a leather bracelet which they adapted from stock and personalised with my logo in silver. FANTASTIC result. Pure class. Good price abnd very quick delivery. So happy.

For this price, I would expect a more personalized approach to the client. They replied quickly to my e-mails, the package arrived exactly on the day they announced it would come, but the whole process was very dry. I wanted them to include a congratulatory note on the birth of a son, but this one has not appeared. There are so many
independent artists and designers who treat clients as friends.
The product looked like on the website, but the lack of a personalized service discouraged me from buying another one.

I bought two amazing beaded bracelets from here a couple of months ago. Sadly one of them snapped and the other got badly stretched while I was playing with my dog. I bought some 0.8mm stretch cord, collapsable needles and some GH rubber cement off eBay with the view of trying to repair them myself. Well let’s just say it’s far more difficult and fiddly than one might think, regardless of how many YouTube demonstration videos you watch.

So I reached out to Atolyestone client support for help and received a reply from Nathan to send them back with printable returns form.
No word of a lie I posted them tracked next day on Tuesday & received them back cleaned and fully repaired on the Friday! Absolutely fantastic aftercare and five star excellent rating truly deserved.

Thank you so much and I look forward to buying more bespoke hand crafted jewellery from you in the near future.

Excellent service had to exchange an item for another size and they kept me up to date on delivery and sent the new product straight away and got it the next day, the product itself is amazing and great quality.

I highly love the services from atoylestone, if anyone wants to buy from them, just go ahead and buy it. The quality of the products are beautiful. Before that I bought a custom made item, but actually it was my fault that I gave the wrong wrist size inches. The return policy and exchange policy is custom made items are unable to exchange or return and the exchange item charge is 20euro if no wrong, but they gave me a chance to return it for free, therefore I was willing to pay for the shipping fees. Very good services from atoylestone.
