The entire booking experience was flawless. The platform is incredibly intuitive, the search filters were spot on, and the whole process was quick and transparent. From browsing to final confirmation, everything worked perfectly. Highly recommended for a stress-free experience!
I would avoid this company at all costs. They are trying to get a 90% cancellation fee from us - we wrote to them 60 days before departure wishing to cancel due to Covid and were prepared to lose our deposit (as per the contract) and it took them over a month to respond. They suggested we cancel online and the property we had rented is no longer listed. They are very unhelpful, unreasonable and take a long time to respond. I would not wish my experience on anyone at all. Awful company

We want to apologize for the limited availability during the last weeks. Due to the Corona crisis we received more cancellations than ever before and each of them had to be processed manually. Automatic processes had to be stopped, which meant additional workload.

Worst experience possible. They're unreachable when trying to cancel the trip, and after weeks of mailing and trying to call, they simply charge you with a whopping 25% + 39Eur cancellation fee. Atraveo (related to TUI Villas) is a very opaque organisation which tricks you via various sub-agencies into renting a sub-standard villa. Don't book via Atraveo. Just don't.

Please note:
Free cancellations due to Covid-19 are generally not possible. Holiday home bookings are an individual service and no packeged tour. Bookings take place as planned. This applies in particular to bookings that have been made since March 15, 2020 since the extent of the global corona pandemic has been sufficiently known by the communication from official authorities and media reporting since then, at the latest. A travel booking after this date is therefore a consciously accepted risk. A free cancellation or rebooking is only possible for trips to countries for which there is an official travel ban or a general ban on accommodation, which also includes holiday homes and apartments. However, there is no guarantee of free cancellation as this must be clarified in individual cases with the provider who is the contractual partner of the booking. Of course you can cancel at any time according to the terms and conditions.
