Paid for order and still waiting for delivery
Like many of the other complaints, great service until they receive your money. We signed off and paid for some glass railings two months ago, but we still have not been given an expected delivery date. I have phoned and emailed several times but always get promised that someone will contact me and no-one does. All phone calls go through to some sort of call center where they have no details about your order, impossible to talk directly to someone who can actually give you any useful information. To be avoided.
