paid 225 for a 24 hour result which is a disgusting price, when abroad we pay less than 50 to which I've had +30 PCR's, get a result in 12 hours and on website to download in 18hours, I had to call 6 times and leave 4 messages before someone answered me and a result sent after 32 hours. then a quite disappointing result format, no bar code or QR code just an unprofessional word type document.

Excellent service, very well organised, efficient and capable, friendly staff, I can fully recommend this establishment for test procedures.

All members of staff were very professional and helpful at the clinic itself and on the telephone. Living abroad (Switzerland) my wife and I had a few questions to ask (probably daft ones!) over the telephone. Each and every time we received patient, clear and professional feedback. Fantastic, and a super friendly service. I was quite concerned about having my throat scraped, as I had tried it at home and failed. But the nurse put it me at ease and everything was over in a jiffy. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Had to have a test to travel covid test. Atropa were very helpful and efficient. Will definitely use again. Just hope the price comes down a bit as I travel a lot.

The customer service and service itself was perfect however after my covid test was performed the wrong date was put on my certificate which resulted in a problem for me when I had my flight the next day. Although this issue was resolved there should be more attention paid to details

Perfect from start to finish. i arrived early for my PCR Covid test and was fitted into an vacant slot that hadn´t been taken up on. I stressed about my results not being available for 48 hours from delivery at the lab (my test was taken the night before and I didn´t expect the test to be delivered until the following day so I rang. The girl was extremely helpful but said that once the swab had left them it wasn´t possible to upgrade to a faster result. The result however ws emailed to me 30 hours after the appointment. Happy

The process of booking in and having the test was straightforward.
My husband's name was spelt incorrectly on the certificate.
When trying to call back, and my call logged stated that I had tried 36 tomes, we could not get through to speak to someone to rectify it. And it didn't allow us to leave a message either.
We eventually managed to speak to someone in the pharmacy, who are down stairs from blood clinic, to make them aware of the mistake and asked if someone could call us back, which no one did. After several hours, bearing in mind that my husband had just lost his father the day before, and his travel abroad to say goodbye, was eminent, I sent an email to ask if someone can call me back urgently, to resolve the issue but of course, no one did.
About 10 minutes before we were due to depart, I called the pharmacy again and got through to someone finally, and miraculously as I was speaking to that person, an email came through with the correct spelling.
It was incredibly stressful for us and so frustrating, that mistakes happen but you cannot get through via phone to get it rectified. So very disappointing.

Worst clinic ever met . Covid test results after 55 hrs . Paid for 48 hrs test results. I've lost the flight and £ 2900 paid for it.

Had booked a PCR test. Went in, got it done quick within 15 minutes. Got the result in 36 hours, made my travel less stressful. The GP was friendly, and professional,made the testing process less painful.

My appointment was quick efficient and didn't take to much time at all + my results came in less than 48hrs which i was thankful for as i had to forward on my results to my employer before i had to fly... very happy with the service
