⚠️ Disappointing Experience with ATS infrastructure Marigold – Transparency & Accountability Missing
Review:
I booked a flat in ATS Marigold, Gurgaon with high expectations, trusting the reputed name of ATS Infrastructure Ltd. However, my experience as a buyer has been deeply disappointing due to persistent issues around communication, transparency, and financial accountability.
Despite having paid over 98% of the flat’s cost, including ₹12.41 lakh in pre-EMIs (which ATS was contractually obligated to bear under the Builder Buyer Agreement and Tripartite Agreement), the company has failed to adjust or refund the pre-EMI amount. This is despite continuous written and in-person follow-ups over the past two years.
I’ve been in regular contact with ATS’s Finance and CRM teams through emails, WhatsApp messages, and face-to-face meetings regarding the pre-EMI settlement and final possession. While their teams have repeatedly assured resolution, there has been no transparent or conclusive settlement to date.
In December 2023, after multiple escalations, ATS initiated a settlement discussion. However, the final communication excluded the mutually agreed adjustments, reflecting a serious lack of professionalism and internal coordination.
Due to this prolonged delay and lack of cooperation, I have now filed a formal complaint with HRERA (Case MA No. 698/2025 under Section 36 of the RERA Act) to seek justice and a fair resolution.
It is disheartening to see a once-trusted builder like ATS show such disregard toward customers who have already fulfilled their financial obligations.
Key Concerns:
-Non-adjustment of pre-EMI payments despite contractual obligation
-Ignoring continuous follow-ups for over two years
-Lack of transparency and accountability in communication
-Failure to honor mutually agreed settlement terms
Verdict:
I strongly advise future buyers to document every commitment and avoid relying solely on verbal assurances even from reputed builders. Real estate transactions demand honesty, transparency, and fairness qualities I, unfortunately, did not experience with ATS Marigold.
