This is basically a scam.
You are paying much more for a service that is exactly the same as the nearest MBE to the auction house....just an excuse to bang on a few more quid. If you want Mail Boxes....just go to the nearest one... it will probably be the same one, exactly the same service and cheaper

If you want to pay the highest price for slow service than this company is for you paid £54 FOR THEM TO POST 3 inch porcelain figure and still waiting 13 day's after sale,arrived next day after calling their office who were very nice and quickly gave me tracking number.I must give them 10 /10 for the careful packing and 3/10 for cost and slow service. If you require safety for your item and you are prepared to pay top price then I would recommend Auction logistics.

No communication, long delivery times and extortionate fees (given the poor quality of service offered)..looking at the other reviews here, I’m obviously not alone in my views. If this was my company I would be concerned by this trend in feedback.

Very bad experience with this company. One star is a lot.
Let me explain: first of all, the transport prices are very high only because they are in the list of transport service providers of those from Troostwijk who behave here very strangely and a certain exclusivity of several transport companies. At least for this reason, I would give those from Troostwijk at most one star because they patronize this system or maybe they have other benefits in their collaboration.
I purchased a piece of equipment that arrived damaged and the people from Troostwijk but also those from Auctionlogistios effectively treated this subject with indifference by not responding to emails and addresses sent to have a reaction to my problem.

I want to share my recent VERY BAD experience with Auction Logistics to advise potential customers. On December 14th, I requested a quote from Auction Logistics for the delivery of 3 computer workstations I purchased at Troostwijk Auctions. After receiving and paying for the quote, I decided to cancel my order due to concerns raised after reading several reviews on Google and Trust Pilot. Unfortunately, their online system does not permit customers to cancel orders directly, so I cancelled it by email, twice!

Further complications arose regarding the collection of the items. The official pick-up dates provided by Troostwijk Auctions were the 21st and 22nd of December. However, Auction Logistics collected the items earlier, on the 18th of December, without prior notification. This led to confusion when my arranged courier arrived on the 21st and was unable to locate the computers. I incurred a loss of 96€ due to this unsuccessful delivery attempt.

When I contacted Patrick from Auction Logistics regarding this issue, the response was uncooperative. He informed me that the computers would only be available for collection on the 29th of December. Unfortunately, upon the courier's visit on the 29th, the computers were not at the stated location, and the contact person was reportedly on holiday.

I would like to acknowledge the helpful assistance of Erik from PickThisUp during this process. He discovered that the computers were approximately 20km away in Tilburg.

Based on my experience, I would advise caution when considering Auction Logistics or simply AVOID BY ANY MEANS!!!!

A poor experience.
2 weeks after instructing them to proceed I was finally updated that my parcel was ready .. I had thought better safe than quick, but my parcel arrived with broken contents.
I am now entering the 3rd week after reporting the issue, with still no resolution

Less than 2 minutes on the phone to get all the info in a pleasant and efficient way. Less than 2 minutes to create an account on their website. In another few minutes I've received an offer made in common sense and a fair price. Accepted, paid, payment confirmed, collection day from a Troostwijk point confirmed ( Red Trade- my hat off and my 5 star on) , next day a phone call from one of the representatives in order to arrange the best time for delivery according with my request. Also a pleasant and efficient conversation. Delivery. The phone call in front as requested, punctuality, friendliness and a positive attitude of the driver , load well secured without any damage, all the edges of the wooden plates in contact with the ratchet belts protected with special pieces, etc , etc... Is by far one of the best and hassle free experience. A big big thanks to all of you, part of this pleasant experience. 5 stars and my respect.

I have paid them for the transport of material and they have stolen my material and they do not even deign to answer.

A complete scam. Dreadful service. Terrible communiation with very arrogant people. Amateurs at best trying to run their own franchises. I would defintely never use them again and it would be a lot quicker and cheaper to collect items myself. An absolute rip off.

Worst experience ever! I paid for Fedex priority delivery but after 7 weeks from them supposedly picking the item up from Nicolsons auction, all I get are automated responses. Latest automated response is that the parcel has been sent by Parcel Force.
Note they dont have an address or phone number you can contact them on!!!!

Paid £35 in May 21 still waiting for them to deliver

buy an auction lot and then get a message from auction logistics POA !!! -- well POA is something used by people who are selling something you cannot afford to buy -- actually turned out to be true as I get a quote as often happens with MBE which basically means this is our we dont want to do it price ! -- most MBE offices I deal with are OK tho

I had bad experiences with them together with picking up goods from Troostwijk Auctions. The could not picking up all goods from Troostwijk and got no clear answer about this fact. And I need to pa too much about 790.-€ which they had no mood to have a discussion about this. Even after several e-mail I got no clear answer. Like, take it or die and none of our business. Will never use such a unserious company for shipments. Sorry and die!

All good, was quick, but it is needed a little more care about fragile goods on transport.
