Very very poor customer service. You cannot get through to anyone except a chat bot that does nothing for refunds. No refund for £34 gift order that could not be delivered. Nothing like a slick as the main amazon site. Be very careful with this service.

Harassement by Amazon and audible.
I received mail telling me I won a gift.
I clicked on the link and was forced to take a free month of audible with a full year subscription, my bank card was already entered etc....
This was against my will, as it was already the case when Amazon forced me to take amazon prime. Next time I won't order to amazon and I will reset all my service with them to avoid such problems next time

My wife managed to make an £86 purchase by mistake and was refused a refund even though she asked for the money back straight away and had not used the purchase

What happened? I have been a member for years, I have over 300 titles but just recently it's become eye wateringly expensive, the new version of the app is absolutely terrible, books everywhere, it's a complete mess, buying 3 extra credits has doubled in price! I actually feel really let down!

The site is unmanageable. Impossible to organize books. It becomes such an unnavigable mess, it's not worth using. Then they make quitting it very difficult.

They make it as impossible to cancel as possible and took payment from my credit card which they were not!!!!!! And never have been authorised to use. Customer service person was beyond rude and I mean disgustingly rude. Have cancelled and will never use again. How they get away with using cards you have never authorised them to use and making it so hard to cancel is beyond me. Disgusting!!!!

This is by far the most difficult site I have ever come across to try and cancel a membership that I don't even have. My cash app card has been charged for almost a year and I don't have an audible account I would like to find out if there's a way to file litigation or to actually speak to a customer service representative in order to get the money back that I have been fraudulently charged. If you do encounter them treat them like a tick try and get them off of you as fast as you can before they get as little cash as possible.

Been with audible for years but haven't used them in a while so decided to close my account i had 6 tokens that I had paid for but when I shut my account down they took the tokens away which is wrong because I have paid for them previously like shutting a bank account down and they keep your money won't be using them again

The only thing I liked was that Audible offered the deal of 3 months for .99 cents. But Audible, if you read this I'm only on trust pilot ,so hopefully you'll see and fix these problems to achieve a lot more customers. I literally feel bad seeing Audible only got 1.7 stars. I have a lot of great ideas for Audible to get a lot more customers and a 4-5 star rating. You can't contact me at 774-362-2966

The usual receive email for offer go to get offer and doesn't work. Luckily I have my wits about me to realise that. Feel sorry for those who end up paying full price instead of the offer. Not sure how Audible get away with it???

Customer service does not work!

I love audible but I do have a credible criticism (although I don’t souse they will either listen or respond). I am a UK customer, and my money is as good as any American customer- so why is it that Americans can use family sharing- but we cannot. Is my money with Jess than theirs? Thoughts?
