Worst purchase of my life
Worst purchase of my life. I am in a state of shock at how rude and mean this company is. My headphones didn’t work so I requested an exchange or refund. I was ignored for months, until I involved PayPal (surprise surprise). Audio 22 then proceeded to claim that I was lying about the broken headphones in the most callous manner. The only benefit of the whole experience was that PayPal smelled their ridiculous fabrication a mile off and issued a refund. Unbelievably awful company whose staff are genuinely mean (who insulted their customers?!); buy from anywhere else!!

Bought a pair of SOUNDmagic E11 BT wireless headphones , after already buying the soundmagic wired ones , the sound is quality is excellent and the battery life is brilliant, watched a film and listened to music for a few hours and the battery was still on 100%, definitely recommend these headphones. It said 48hour delivery but I had them the next day.
