I purchased an Atma-Sphere M60 demo model from Audio Concept. Robert was very helpful in answering all of my questions before the purchase. The amplifier needed to be repaired before it could be sent to me, which took a while because a spare part had to be ordered from the manufacturer in the United States. When I received the amplifier, it was in truly immaculate condition--it looked brand new! This thing is two massive monoblocks, which were very carefully packed on a pallet, and Robert even included some spare tubes. I had some difficulty getting it set up, which Robert was able to help me with over email. In the end, I felt that I got a first rate piece of equipment at an extremely good price!

i buy a auralic aries from this seller but the app crash all the time i try to call the shop but they don't give a ..... (be happy or your money is lost) my alarm don't go when i see they don't take credit card. you never E-mail me and told how to deal whit the issue why are you saying something like that and Roon Ready what that have to do whit it. the app is crashing that is the problem and iam not ask you what roon is, you talk in east and west

I'm not a high-end audiophile which seems to be their target customer, but Robert was still very helpful and patient with all my beginner level questions. Sold me the speakers, helped me understand cables, they even gave me some free speaker wire so that I could hook up the speakers before deciding which speaker cables to get later on. I'm very satisfied. I did not get the feeling they were focused on selling me stuff, I felt they understood my situation and focused on being helpful instead.
