Absolutely incredible experience! Simply unbelievably fast shipping and delivery of my products. Took less time to get my tubes from France than it would have had I ordered them here in the US. Ordered a product at Audiophonics and received an email that the product was delayed, so far good service.
After a couple of weeks I received the product I ordered and was disappointed to see that the seal of the box was already broken and the product was removed from the plastic sleeve. To me this feels like a refurbished product or secondhand. Contacted the customer service and they told me that the product was never returned so it must me a new product. I could return the product if I wanted but I think that is a wast of co2 to ship it back to France. The product is not defected only not new and I payed for a new product. No compensation was possible from Audiophonics so this will be my first and last order.

Bought some sockets and wires, delivered a fast and secure package. Perfect experience, same as previous orders. Customer service is incredibly helpful and kind. The site is very professional and they stock many professional items. Happy order again, and many Thanks.

Website is well layed out and easy to navigate. Found the products I was looking for easilly. Ordering, payment and delivery, as expected, effortless. Packaging could have been a tat more protective as I ordered quite delicate electronics part. That said, the bubble wrap sleaves did their job.
Ordered with Audiophonics before and certainly will do so in the future.

From Audiophonic I managed to receive a motorized six-section ALPS potentiometer for an old Yamaha AV amplifier at a very fair price. I would have paid three times as much on eBay!!!
