Customer service is excellent.
Everything went exactly as it should during the auction transaction. I also received help with the loading, which would have been difficult without it. I highly recommend!

iPad that was sold on auction was…
iPad that was sold on auction was labelled as “formatted and ready for new owner” but in reality it was locked by password and it’s not usable.
I’ve tried to reach out to the contact person but so far I haven’t gotten any response.
Auksjonen.no should have better oversight of what is sold and conditions for sale.

I didn't get the bought item. The sms from Auksjonen.no was easy to misunderstand, and by accident I crossed that I had received the product. That even before I got the contract to sign with the seller when finishing the transaction. Still not received neither item purchased, nor got my money back. Roald Hatten

We understand that the situation is frustrating. By confirming receipt in the system, a further process is triggered where we pay the purchase price to the seller and the transaction is considered completed. We see that this confirmation was given before the item was actually received. It is the buyer's responsibility to only confirm this after actual delivery, and we always recommend checking the object first.
That said, we will take the matter further. Our auction broker has tried to get in touch with the seller to find a solution. We are still waiting for a response, but we are following up and will do what we can to find a solution.
