The subscription is pretty much a scam, there is no cancellation like they advertised and when you click the link to cancel, it’s just the support email, they will reply saying it’s impossible to cancel, but before you buy they clearly say you can cancel anytime, not only that, I’m sure they will renew my subscription WITHOUT my authorization after a year, The same email ai received saying it was impossible to cancel, had a small print letter saying to contact support if you want cancellation, the classes are short, with a few tips for begginers, and the real masterclasses you have to pay extra, and that was also not mentioned, it’s been almost a year they charge 27$ every month the website is like any other serious business, but they are not, they advertise you can cancel anytime but they won’t, Idk how artists put their names associated with this cheap scammers

As mentioned in our previous email correspondence on July 10th as well as today, our membership subscriptions are a yearly commitment. We do offer a 7-day money back guarantee from the day of purchase, provided that you have not watched more than 6 hours of content and have not utilized any benefit codes.
Unfortunately your cancellation request came in after this 7-day window, which is why we are unable to cancel your membership until October 11, 2023, when your yearly subscription expires. However, we have already taken the necessary steps to ensure that the subscription renewal has been canceled. Once your current yearly contract expires, you will not be charged further.
We understand that this is not the answer you were hoping for though we hope it helps clarify.
In the meantime we are here to support you in any way we can! Let us know how we can help!

Masterclass samples not working and bad support!
Bought the The Complete Guide to Modular Synthesis course. Sadly the VCV templates are not working anymore!
It is no longer possible to follow or try out the learning examples!
Unfortunately, the support has not answered any more.
So in addition to problems with the Masterclass, there is also poor support when there are problems! My emails regarding the repayment of the course were not answered!

I received the Email at april18th from Aulert about the solution that should help. But that didn´t worked with VCV and I wrote Aulert some more EMails. I never got an answer and no solution for the problem of the new VCV version. Still no solution, I stoppt the masterclass!

Aulart provide some serious, high quality content that appeals to all levels of experience and competence regardless the software or DAW.
Tim Penner, in particular, has some really useful short courses that will guarantee to enhance your workflow and productivity. He delivers these courses concisely and eloquently. Highly recommended!
From my experience, it's also worth seeking out the DJ masterclass by Chris Liebing. To be given a real insight into a bona fide artist of his calibre is a real blessing.

This business practices shady contracts…
This business practices shady contracts that you aren't even aware of, especially as literally no other company I've done business with does this, so it came as a big surprise.
They sneakily get you to do a year membership when you choose monthly, so when you ask them to cancel your subscription, they just say you agreed to monthly, and then do not respond to your followup email.
Horrible customer service and they rely on scammy fine print to do business instead.
STAY AWAY, total scam. They'll respond with some BS, but take it from me and don't waste your time and money.
