Got kicked out of the hostfamily I lived with after a week. Never got to know why and AIFS didn’t help me. They were rude and mean when I asked for their help and support. Had to go home after spending about 14 days in Australia and didn’t get a penny back after paying a lot of money. Try working on your costumer service instead of focusing on money.
