While it mentioned it to be delivered in 2-5 days, it became 1 month. I needed them for my holiday and let their chatbot know that if it wouldn’t be on time I had to cancel and return them. I spend €150 and I still cannot seem to send them
Back. Their chatbot said several times he’s gonna send me to management so they can contact me, but this never happened. He also send me a non-existing email-adress I should contact for the return process. It also ignores me often. They are criminal! I need my money back, because the quality of the glasses is also really shitty and nothing like on the adds, where they dare to compare themselves with the higher actual brands. The glass reflects the background back in your eyes, so you have rear view as well, very dangerous. Don’t every buy from them!

Very disappointing experience.

The sunglasses I received looked nothing like the products shown in the advertisements and on the website. The colors, lenses, and overall appearance were significantly different from what was advertised. The marketing photos create a completely misleading impression.

When I requested a return, I was first offered only a 35% refund if I kept the products. Returning them would have required me to pay for international shipping myself, making a proper refund almost pointless.

I eventually accepted the partial refund because it wasn’t worth spending even more money on return shipping. In my opinion, this business model leaves customers with little practical choice.

I will not buy from Aura Eyes again and cannot recommend this store to anyone looking for products that actually match the advertised images.

This must be the worst scam company out there. First, you'll wait about 14 days before the package arrives. 2nd, if you want to return the items, you'll be faced with non-responsive customer service and false return slips. I ordered two sunglasses, they came in one package. And now I should pay for two return slips to send both sunglasses back. And my WHY IS THAT email got ignored. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Very cheap quality and delivery took a month!

Loved my ocean secret but my free pair the ambrine are just too big

Does exactly what it says on the tin. For the price the glasses are good quality, delivery took about a week to get to me in Dublin, well packed so no chance of damage. Would recommend, I have already repurchased and same experience 2nd time around.

-after contacting refund services and being told to wait 24 hours, still havent received a response after many days

Total scam, cheapest 1 dollar plastic sunglasses, no one replies on how/where to send it back and get refunded.

We have had a terrible experience from aura glasses. Our glasses never arrived and were not even interested in acknowledging it. Terrible company with terrible customer service.

returns are not possible, be aware this is a scam company. very poor quality. not sure how a manufacture could actually pull it off to make this poor quality.

Got “Naro” and “Ocean Secret” models. Great quality, great packaging, looks identical to the advertisement. Ocean Secret are a little bit smaller than expected, but look great. The only negative is that they took forever to arrive in Europe, but this should not impact negatively the rating.

Look man for like 140 Aed per piece after discount the design is great. The quality could be better but its not too bad.

Just know you get what you pay for. Not exact 1 of 1 of designer. As soon as you pick you know its not quality but man the design is good.

The design is excellent, but the build quality let me down. The materials feel somewhat cheap in hand, which is disappointing for the price. With a few upgrades to the finish and materials, these sunglasses could feel much more premium.

Very very bad! Cheap quality, I had to return the items, had to pay shipment fees. The items were received from China but the return to France. No logic and sketchy. Don't recommend this brand at all. When I sent the sunglasses back, they totally went back into silence. No reply nothing totally ghosting me. Proceed with the refund NOW!!!!

My head is a bit larger than usual, but the glasses fit perfectly. Shipping to Brazil was fine, after paying customs fees.
