Absolute rip off!!! Avoid at all costs!!! Charges me an extra 240 quid when I moved house and want about 500 quid to cancel policy after I've already paid 3500 to insure a ford fiesta for 1 year

Our telematics policies monitor key driving behaviours which include your speed, braking, cornering, and use time.
Speed: Assesses your driving in relation to the posted speed limits for the road
Braking: Tracks any instances of sudden or harsh braking
Cornering: Measures the speed at which you navigate corners.
Time of Use: Monitors when the vehicle is driven, during the day and night.
These factors are combined to generate an overall score. If the overall score falls below an acceptable level, the policy cannot continue.

This company cancelled my insurance 3 months ago and are still trying to get money out of me ! Worst customer service ever. Do not use under any circumstances . Everything was great at the start after about 4 months of being with them it went down hill they were trying everything in there power to get money out of me

I've just canceled the policy and lost almost £200 after 2 months, but I would rather lose the money than have any more of their stupid emails about my driving !!
I told them that their stupid emails will cause me to have an accident.
And you are in prison... can't drive after 11pm !!
So I stopped driving after 11pm, and the score would not change. It is almost as if they want to cancel the policy !!! STRESS DO NOT USE THEM

Changing my information accordingly
I have recently moved and required information on what the process was to ensure all details were correct and amended accordingly. The member of staff on the customer support line that I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly offering excellent customer service and support throughout the little time it took to amend the details this really helped with the process I would have found stressful to be done as smoothly as possible. Overall, a great experience for my enquiry to be dealt with at a very high standard of customer service. Extremely satisfied with the end result.
