Auro is defunct and is now a scam
The app worked for a few weeks and then it just stopped working. I reached out to them via email, Instagram, and the app costumer service to cancel. No response. They are non-existent now. Still charging me. Beware of this scam.
Auro does not exist anymore
Auro does not exist anymore, for audio fitness i have moved to WithU - its great
Company went bust end of May. Dont PAY!
Company went bust end of May. the workouts stopped loading, can't load their website page, and emails to customer service no longer go through. They took money of my for a yearly subscription in April. Though i was enjoying the app and everything seemed fine, its now clearly a SCAM.
£60 taken for membership for an app that doesn’t exist
App closing down end of May and no longer works. I’d just paid £60 for a year membership, feel very conned. Only option was a yearly membership so definitely trying to scam people as much as they could before closing down. Really sad because I thought the app was useful, they don’t even bother to reply to emails.
Closing app end of May, no sign of refund
The app sent me a message saying they are closing the app at the end of the month due to lack of investors and funding. There seems to be no way to get the annual subscription I paid refunded and radio silence from the company. The app itself was really good.
A Con!!
Downloaded this from the App Store with no real warning it will charge you via the iTunes account details you have. No In App Purchase warning, Only found this out after reading other reviews. I have emailed twice to have my account removed and not received any response back and the only way i can see you can cancel the payment is by putting more bank details in which I do not trust. Extremely bad app and even worse customer service.
Also their website log in area doesn't work properly...
Could be better
Have used this app on and off. They have continued to add and improve but it lags behind other similar apps, most of which are free.
A con to get your bank details
PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. It’s just a scam to get your bank details. Then they start taking money out your account.

Very helpful Auro Team!
Hi Auro,
I signed up for free trial from an offer wall. When i logged in AGAIN, it was showing the same free trial screen so i thought my subscription didnt go through and left it out. I didnt receive any confirmation either on my registered email. Now im getting CHARGED for your annual plan where in no way i was aware of it. PLEASE refund my money urgently for emergency. IF YOUR NOT A SCAM PLEASE REFUND IT. THNX.
Update:
I changed my rating because of their excellent service. Apparently I entered a wrong mail during registration so I was caught unawares. I hope there will be more security in place to prevent the same again. Thank you Auro Team! Definitely not scam.

Auro is very user-friendly
Auro is a very user-friendly way to exercise at home. The trainers provide good motivation and their instructions are very clear. I feel like I am instructed how to do the exercises so that I will avoid hurting myself. Safe -- prevention of workout injuries is important to me. Motivation is important to me. Great combination of both in this app. The trainer named Ban is very good. Being able to choose my own music when I exercise is key for me, and Auro lets me choose my own music.

I too have been scammed
I too have been scammed. I only agreed to have a trial as that was the only way I could try the app. From out of the blue I have been charged for this plan.i believe I should receive a refund . Please look into this matter. I am a senior citizen who cannot afford this on a meagre pension.

Great fitness app
Great app! Was given plenty of warning before my free trial ran out but I decided to pay for the year at that point instead of forgetting and moaning that I'd been 'scammed'...
As an actual helpful review... I downloaded this app because it seemed to be one of the only ones on the market at the time where you could download workouts for use offline! I was going on a 6 week long cruise so I needed something to keep me motivated in the gym despite dodgy/expensive WiFi!
This app worked perfectly and since then (Dec 2019) they have continued to develop and add new content at a rapid scale. The videos showing how the move is done has been super useful as everyone has a different name for certain moves - 'up downs', 'commando planks' 'military planks' etc.
I think the cost is fantastic for what you get, and appreciate the ability to be able to use it at home (savour during Lockdown) as well as in the gym if you want! I've actually invested in a set of dumbbells and a kettle bell so I can do most of the weight exercises at home now too!
Really appreciate how they take on board comments and feedback and implement them as soon as they can. Just waiting on a favourite button to be added to androids and we're there!

This all purpose fitness app deserves…
This all purpose fitness app deserves considering. It's not based in the USA. A little learning curve. But here is what you get. If you want to use no exercise equipment or decide to use equipment you are going to get a trainer not just encouraging you through the exercise but making sure exercise is being done correctly. You get directions to make sure your getting the most out of the exercise. You can use their music in the background or choose your own (I use Spotify). They have short clips of the exercises you will be doing. The negatives are not all measurements are USA equivalent. Also will not sync with all fitness trackers and no smart TV Roku app. Even though it's not perfect and has its problems it's still overall good and checks off lots of boxes to keep motivated and encouraged for ongoing exercise.

As a former user of other fitness apps
As a former user of other fitness apps.
I can definitely say that Auro has the capabilities to keep me in shape and is by far the best value for money.
I typically use it for calisthenics and outdoor runs and the option to sync your own music really motivates you throughout the workout.

Complete Scam.
Like many others, I had a free trial that ended way before I was supposed to. I cancelled 24 hours later than I was allegedly supposed to and they are now refusing to refund me. I understand the cancellation policy but I was only 24 hour late and no good will gesture has even been honoured. Incredibly upset and won’t recommend them to anyone. Utter scam.

I believe I was scammed
Hi you have such a great app but the issue is I was a promised a 31 days free trial through swagbuck website but was charged an annual plan of 59.99 pounds after just two weeks. Two days later, I was charged another 4.99pounds I never authorized any of these payments. pls I demand a refund, I believe that I was miss informed and was promised 1000sb at the end of the 31days free trial if I submit my credit card info. thanks.
