Great service, helped me avoid an apartment with strata issues

Thought I'd give this service a try since I've had some pretty disappointing rental experiences before, which led me to look for a new place. I had narrowed my search down to two similar apartments, and luckily both had previous tenants registered on the platform. I successfully connected and chatted to them anonymously, and found out one had had trouble getting anything fixed via strata. It made my choice much easier and I went with the other apartment (no issues here yet)! Great concept behind the platform, I only wish I could've used it years ago and avoided my earlier pain!
