Terrible. 2 months on and still no delivery and no refund, don’t respond to emails. Don’t order from here

Product was ordered in November to be here by Christmas. Promised 48 hour processing and delivery by 21st. I suspect it’s still in China. If this was an Australian based company the product would be here….either that or it’s just a really poor effort.

Ordered from Aussie Haven 10th October. Allegedly 10 business day shipping from local warehouse. Shipping details showed it was sent from China and still haven't arrived in November. The company advises they will only refund if I receive the product and send it back to them. This is a total scam, do not buy from them

This company took my payment, said goods were about to be shipped and then... nothing. Goods were never collected, never heard a word from their customer service in response to my contacting them. They do not respond to emails. 1 star is too generous. Order 7670.

Don't do it!!
Took almost over a month to receive my order and it certainly wasn't as described.

I got some product online for $149.96 and I was charged $194.96. I had wrote to them several emails to talk about this but I had no answer. I still believe it was a genuinely mistake about swapping the numbers, but with them not answering I'm not very sure now. Plus I haven't receive what I bought either and they said in 3 days. I could like to find a phone number to talk to someone, but not luck with it either. So angry 😠 😡

Haven't received product that I ordered over a month ago. They haven't responded to emails. I'm unsure how this can even be legal.

Dishonest. False advertising.
Get you in on fancy website.
Easy to pay. Hard to hear from them after that.
Have not received magnetic lashes yet.

Dishonest information. Ordered 23 days ago and still hasn't been dispatched from the supplier in CHINA. I was provided with a tracking number at time of placing the order. The tracking has never updated and states the parcel is still waiting to be picked up by carrier, The website states it ships all good in Australia which is obviously a lie. I have emailed twice with no response. I don't think I am going to see my peel off lipliner or my money back. Don't spend your money here

DO NOT BUY THEIR LASHES!!
Their products get shipped from China and NOT from inside Australia as promised. Their Lashes are cheap and NOT what was advertised/ shown on video posts, FALSE ADVERTISING.
Countless emails sent asking for a refund with ZERO RESPONSE.
