Outstanding communication

I must thank the Austrian Wine Company for sorting out my recent order. Initially I muddled up the order, which was quickly resolved. Then during transit one of the wine bottles smashed, spoiling the rest of the case.
However, Austrian Wine offered a wide range of wines as replacements and the new case arrived within two days. I am no expert on wine, but the Austrian Wine Company gave me great advice on the alternative options.
Throughout the order I was kept up-to-date with regular emails, almost on a daily basis. I would rate this as outstanding communication with the customer.
The wine excellent as well. Thank you Christopher.
