100% recommend Auto Consortium

100% recommend Auto Consortium! They sell quality second-hand cars (which come straight from the original dealerships like Volvo/ BMW/ Audi, etc.). The owners are lovely—friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about their customers. They guided me through all the documentation and the whole process with ease.

I did a part-exchange, which went incredibly smoothly. I bought my dream car—a Volvo V40 Cross Country—and it was immaculate: freshly valeted, perfectly priced, and driving like a dream. You can tell straight away they only deal in quality cars.

A few days after buying, I had a minor battery issue (likely from the car not being driven for a while). They immediately stepped in, covered the cost of a brand-new battery, and even paid for fitting. That kind of after-sales care is rare!

If you want your dream car with outstanding service before and after the sale, Auto Consortium is the place to go.

They are actively removing Feefo reviews which they don't like.

After my initial review here and on Autotrader/Feefo, Auto Consortium have had my review removed from Feefo, leaving them again with only 5 star reviews. It would be interesting to know how many other reviews less than 5 stars have been removed.

As an update to my initial complaint, after writing a 2 star review Auto Consortium have finally signed my part exchange car into trade, approximately 1 month after taking my car. However there has been no attempt to refund me for the road tax costs incurred due to their error/laziness/whatever the reason.

As a result I am in discussions with Autotrader/Feefo to have my original review re-instated until such time as my out of pocket costs are re-imbursed.
